Spongebobs thug tug scared animations used to creep me out, idk why they didn’t just recycled the scared animations from Bfbb instead of making brand new animations
it's because that's how it's referred to in the game files. SB04.ini refers to PLS4.HIP (Scared "Thug Tug" SpongeBob) as from the Tuff Tug, perhaps it was simply an earlier name from the movie's development, forgot to be changed in the game's development.

Of course he is, use the Port-O-Head at the Goofy Goober level without enabling one of the other costumes and he uses that costume.

There are hidden models called PLS0 and PLP0 which no one has apparently used before if you could use those with hacks that would be cool

@@nerdesponja I just changed values in the ini file to play as certain costumes. I don't have any HIP or HOP files of the costumes. :(
