Gunsandglory1 Me too. My copy broke. I got a new copy and I still have it to this day. But sadly, I think it's time is coming to an end. The game is starting to glitch out. Belly Trouble: The graphics are grey squares, Diesel Dreaming and the rest crash the game.
aw this brings back so many memories. i would replay this game nonstop and i would get stuck on so many levels and ask my dad for help lmao i miss these good ol days
I don't know why people like that level. It's the one I dread playing through due to its tediousness. I also think the first level is also very boring (except the racing parts).
GC and PS2 were the shit. I personally never had a PS2, but that generation of gaming was a simpler time. It was back when kids weren't trying to upload 6 man feeds on the latest call of duty. We were actually trying to beat the next level of zelda or If we wanted to socialize we could invite friends over and play super smash bros with our friends. Man do I miss those times.
I want to play this game again! I've actually beaten it a few times. But since I lost my GameCube memory card, I could only win as SpongeBob. :(. This is and will always be my absolute favorite SpongeBob video game! :D!
Political Loopholes and I was right. This game is a prime example on how a TV show should be turned into a game. The only other game that's worth talking about is SpongeBob Battle for Bikini Bottom where you are playing against robots.
I just noticed this little detail. In Motor Mirth, you can find the Manager Car from the SpongeBob Movie in the background. And it appeared in a dream too!
@@shyguyrocks1 Geez my comment is old, I still agree with what I said, though I love both of these games and they both had a huge part of my childhood dedicated to them
This is not only my favorite SpongeBob game, but my favorite game of all time. It's aged so incredibly well, and I can't deny how much fun and intuitive the entire game is. The gameplay is great, the graphics are great, the story is great, and I've never played anything better.
It has a 4.5 on IGN, which makes me really sad since this was basically my childhood game on the PS2. Even though I broke my PS2 and lost all my memory cards, I replayed it and replayed it. The weird thing is that with my broken PS2 some of my games wouldn't load or had entirely missing levels and just skipped, but this one kept going.
I used to play this game when I was younger (around 2008); though my PS2 AC Adapter is missing and the game is broken... So I use an emulator to play it on my PC which is not as different just more lag. Still Loved this game!!
I used to play this when it first came out in 2006. I was 5 at the time and couldn't pass the first chapter. But then it took me over a year to beat it. I had this game on PS2 and i loved it.
My little sister spilled coke on my ps2 so I lost approximately 53 ps2 games and this was one of them I wish I could still play it but this letsplay brought back memories.
i would rather play this than Fallout 4 and GTA V any day this was my fucking childhood and my childhood had this teen titans (not go! god no) the original TMNT and fucking code lyoko my childhood was the fucking best.
Holy cow. I remember playing this game and getting angry at it. The music at the title screen is making me remember all the times I got mad or upset at the game. My siblings had to deal with me getting mad at this, which I'm now feeling bad about lol. I loved this game, don't get me wrong, I just raged a lot at it. I was younger when I played it.
I'd never forget me and my 2 brothers stayed at my grandmas house summer of 2007 and we played this on ps2 almost everyday. Sad I was only 5 years old and I remember this. Now 10 years later im a sophmore in high school soon to be a junior. Looking back at my childhood days:-(
I remember watching my brother and father play this game, and got scared the first time! It just feels really isolated and trapped, because of the atmosphere! But, that's what makes this game amazing!
This game definitely needs a remake like battle for Bikini Bottom rehydrated anybody agree what I mean is since Battle for Bikini Bottom has a remake this game deserves one too
This Was Amazing! I really hated that Damn license it wouldn't stay still it used to make me mad but I could never get passed the starfish man part because I didn't know what to do. God I miss my ps2 it died ALONG TIME AGO and I really want to buy a ps2 and buy all the games I had as a child again.
This game took up essentially all my time I didn't spend with friends or family! I still love this game so much. And does anyone remember attack of the toybots? Those games, fairly oddparents, spongebob, and the last airbender is basically what my child consisted of (oh and the jetsons and flinstones and those shows because my grandma gets boomerang, and the Robin Hood movie made by Disney where he was a fox)
I love how they used the same sponge bob models, and never changed them. It reminds me of a sequel to Battle for the Bikini Bottom :). I remember getting this game when I was 7 and I hated it cause It was hard and ruined racing for me, but I look back on it, and it brings back old memories :) I quite literally had all the spongebob games for some reason xD
THIS WAS MY SHITTTTTTTTT COULDNT TELL ME NOTHING WHEN IT CAME TO THIS but we didn't have a memory card so when id make it to like Patrick part id get frustrated and like get off n have to start all over still fun af
This game was like a fever dream and I felt pumped for every level and the last took the cake for being a great way to end the story mode and the secret true ending is strange and funny at the same time being that Gary dreamed up the whole adventure which was inception to another level so yeah great game and one that burst out the era of the 2000's
I have been looking for this game for ages I played it when I was younger I played on the ps2 when I was like 5 or 6 and I'm 13 now I had forgotten the name so I couldn't find a walkthrough but I'm so happy I found this

this is easily one of the better games of spongebob. Epic voice acting, amazing concept, and the graphics are just... oh... oh.... OH.

And do I have to compare it to that cheap Emoji Movie game app? Or the movie itself?

The level inside Plankton were amazing too, sadly I cant find my copy of the game , probably lost it since i was a kid :(
This game is my fucking childhood right here, always played it when it came out. And here i am now, sixteen and reminiscing.

The belly of a bull worm part is the most nostalgic.

It's the one I dread playing through due to its tediousness.
I also think the first level is also very boring (except the racing parts).
I felt like such a boss when I first completed that. After I completed it like 3-4 times I kept doing it to perfect it.
I was scared of that when i was younger XD
It takes a lot of time to get out from the belly XD
One of the best SpongeBob games! I remember playing the hell out of this on GameCube. Man, those were the days!
In the levels where you race against Patrick, Plankton, and Gary, no matter how hard you try to speed up, you can never pass them.

Arguably the best sound quality (when it comes to voice acting and the soundtrack) to ever grace a Spongebob game.

I'd say Battle for Bikini Bottom (PS2, Xbox, GameCube) had the best
