In total I’ve been a drummer for 12 years. Avenged Sevenfold was my go to band when I sat on my drum throne, and played everything from them. I could play Whitechapel, After the Burial and the likes of those bands. But Avenged Sevenfold was by far the most fun to jam out to. Not to toot my own horn but I was a fuckin good drummer. I had many leg and foot injuries which made me not able to drum for 5-6 of those 12 years. Work didn’t help either because of the long days and 6 day work week plus having to leave my drums at home when I moved away. When I couldn’t play I literally changed the music I listened to because as a drummer you always look to learn and improve, so needless to say, all the songs I use to play religiously on the drums I didn’t listen to anymore because it made me upset. Now after all these years and not hearing this song since, I did just now. And I’m ready to sit on my throne again and give this song and so many others my best shot again. The words “Come back to me it’s almost easy” sent shivers down my spine and reminded me of what I was able to do in the past, and you know what. It will come back to me, because it’s almost easy ✊ R.I.P Rev I miss you and you’ll always be my inspiration.

As a drummer, I love the Rev as much as the next guy. But as a musician, you have to admit: the vocal harmonies are the best part of the song. Not only the Rev's, but this song actually features every member on backing vocals, the texture is what separates real music from the fluff.

i was lucky enough for this band to be my first concert i ever went to. as a kid we werent poor but my family never let me go to a concert. i got married and my then wife bought me tickets to see my favorite band, avenged sevenfold. it was 2005/2006 ish. as a young kid/adult i always loved the vocals and the flashy guitar play, but now as an adult i listen to music for the depth of it. the drums in this song particularly are spectacular. lucky to be able to see the rev live in concert. i cant believe its coming up on 15 years. rip and love to him and his family.

I've been a fan since I was out of me moms womb. Im 15 now..I remember seeing this video and being amazed by all of the guys..they've helped my mom and i through some of the hardest times we've been though so thanks A7X :)

I wish my parents would've been as cool growing up. I'm 16 now, found rock music for me when I was 13 and slipped more and more into metal. Best thing that has ever happened to me, cause it made me start drumming, which got my fuckin life.

i was lucky enough for this band to be my first concert i ever went to. as a kid we werent poor but my family never let me go to a concert. i got married and my then wife bought me tickets to see my favorite band, avenged sevenfold. it was 2005/2006 ish. as a young kid/adult i always loved the vocals and the flashy guitar play, but now as an adult i listen to music for the depth of it. the drums in this song particularly are spectacular. lucky to be able to see the rev live in concert. i cant believe its coming up on 15 years. rip and love to him and his family.

Unholy Confession live at LBC really catch my attention to this band, and I found another song called 'afterlife' in Guitar Hero ps2 games... And then i found their worldwide mainstream album 'City of Evil' absolutely amazing.. Until now.. They still rock as always as they are.. Guys you all amazing! Keep it up to all the members..
