Would be great if officers took this level of humility to their first units. Over my 8 years in the Army I ran across only one fresh LT who really led by example and not led by words/enforcement. A large amount of fresh LT's came out of their training with the mindset that their the subject matter experts of everything and anything. This mentality would persist even when junior and senior NCO's would provide them with better solutions. From a NCO to a future officer..Listen to your NCO's and even your stellar enlisted soldiers sometimes.
its like the regular army. we got to dry sweep for 5 hours a day and than go to lunch and than PMCS the same stuff everyday. and mop the floor when it is raining
bugatti272 For those who are not aware the comment is meant to say : that at the end of a football game the losing team has to go to their sideline & hear their alma mater FIRST then both teams run to the winning side to hear the other alma mater ( never been to a military academy BUT as a college football fan I KNOW THIS RULE )
