- How cute is Pusheen?! This week on How to Cake It, I'm showing you how to make a super cute Pusheen the cat cake!
This sweet cat started off a 15.5lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake which was dyed a soft pink hue! Stacked together with my Italian meringue buttercream, these cakes were a pretty easy shape to carve (thank you Pusheen!). Covered in Pusheen's signature grey color, and topped with its cute features, I also made a mini cake for my new friend to enjoy! See the recipe here: bit.ly/PusheenBlog

The caramalisation can be crispy and buttercream can have trouble sticking to it causing instability in the layers
