Yes!!! I have a Paul in my life but he’s not as handy as her Paul. (Don’t tell my husband I said that. LOL) I absolutely love the auger rack. It’s a brilliant design. I got my first auger this Christmas so I don’t need the rack… yet. ;)

I just learned I have Covid despite being vaccinated with 3 shots…I felt so bad through Christmas, I honestly think I would not have survived without the vaccines! I teach high school and it is where I got infected but watching you brightened my mood and gave me purpose despite my gloomy mood this week! Thank you Paul for the amazing work! I have been doing some unintentional organizing lately. When I can’t seem to find anything and I have to clean out all of my drawers and cabinets to find that one item it turns into a way bigger project than I had intended.
When you dumped the bag of straw from the top shelf, I have to admit I anticipated your reaction. The eye-roll was spot on and set me to out loud laughing, in a room, by myself. Absolutely real life right there !!!

I spray painted my bird-seed-garbage-can black to make it easier to look at. I'm sure there are other colors too that would look good.

The galvanized cans with lids are the best that we have found for birdseed storage. Great for keeping critters out! ❤️😊

I know what you mean about the pull of spring! We moved in November and I have no idea what’s in the gardens here. I had to call the seller because we had some of their mail and she was excited to tell me all about the bulbs and perennials that are planted-I can’t wait!!!!!
I am not in the habit of cleaning my large and small garden tools each Fall so that they are ready for Spring. I do remember you providing a video on how to clean the Felcos. Could you please show us how you or Paul do the rest?......shovels, etc. It would inspire and motivate me ....and give me something I can do over the winter months. Love this channel!!! Thanks

My fiance, Patricia Garr, and I are avid gardeners we love watching your uploads on all channels and have for many years. I hate to ask, because I am not good at that sort of thing, although here goes.
On Christmas Eve, while at Christmas Dinner at her Mother's house she suffered an Aortic tear. So our Christmas Miracles started, one, when this occurred with people near her. Two, we made it to Emergency Room and to surgery on time. Been a scary series of events for me personally. Now she is not out of the woods yet. One kidney suffered damage due to lack of blood flow and getting her off of her breathing tube is our next big hurdle.
I was just curious if you would give a shout out for her on a post perhaps next week sometime. She needs continued prayers for this whole process.
I need my gardening buddy back. I need to hear "that's not how Laura does it!". Thank you so much for your time Laura

My mom used to keep her bird seed in a pale just like that, then the bear found it and feasted for about an hour on the black oil sunflower seed. Needless to say we’ve rethought it, but indeed it is handy. Thanks for sharing as always Laura! ❄️

In addition to birds, the bird feeders usually attract squirrels too. They may not be a problem now, but you may want to keep an eye out for increased squirrel activity in your garden.

I was on Wednesday thinking of the doing the same thing in my garage after finishing up end of the year yard work(been in the 60's and 70's) and waiting for the snow we are to have today or tomorrow. I have my metal can full of bird feed in it too and had my friend paint it for me to set on our deck.
You are doing so many vids and you have such large scale gardening . I'm impressed how good your space looks from the beginning .

There's something amazing about having the perfect spot for only that specific tool that makes storing things fun.
Brings us back to being a toddler and fitting odd shaped blocks into their funky holes!

Wow. The augers look brand new! Paul is awesome 😎….both of you did a great job cleaning up. I recently did the same with the greenhouse, feels good when you walk into an organized, clean area! I’ve been gardening for years and it’s amazing how pots and containers accumulate! It comes in handy when gifting plants from my garden 🪴 Some of my containers are old, handed down from both my grandmothers, but most were found at yard sales, thrift stores. Benjamin’s footprints on that pot is a great idea! Be sure to do one for Samantha 👣

I did spring cleaning today, took down all Christmas decor, opened up the windows for here in Georgia it feels like Spring. Got pretty hot cleaning everything, so closed the windows and turned on the AC for a while. Sun came out late in evening, so showers have stopped and now tornado warnings will be out for tonight. I know! December! But I've seen weather like this before in December, it can change over night, and come a freeze. Right now it's still hot and muggy.

I'm going to agree with everyone else that, We really need a Paul in our life. It's so hard to find people to work with you, at your home, that actually put care into the work, as if their own home. My mom pays a guy a lot to mow the grass, and he destroys all the plants with the trimmer, even with a cinderblock barrier she put for this very reason. Can't find anyone else though.
Your mom needs to tell him for every plant he destroys she will be deducting for it. There is no excuse for his poor work ethics. I'm so blessed to have a wonderful guy that does my lawn care.

I had a couple of inquiries regarding the raised bed planter that my kids got me for Christmas. My daughter ordered it and the 12 months of succulents from Amazon. I'm the same couldn't wait to get Christmas up and now couldn't wait to get it down and organized Christmas as I put it away.. have always said it everything has a place its easy to stay organized. . you must not have a mice problem you are lucky if you don't. if you turned your big planters over and put a board on them you could stack them on each other.
Organizing any place before cleaning . It makes the cleaning process a lot easier and faster .
Organizing fabric: Martha Stewart I believe taught me this one- drape your fabric over hangers and hang it up! Then you have all the storage space on the shelves for your sewing and craft needs! BTW- I love watching you organize- you're good at it Laura! The bench is so cute- spray it black to put in Benjamin's butterfly garden?
