तारीख पे तारीख के केस पूरी गलती वकील और जज की होती है। ग्राहक का नहीं. न्यायपालिका प्रणाली को सख्त नियम बनाना चाहिए।

कोई कोई जज कोई आदेश देने से कतराते हैं लगता हैं वे जजमेंट लिखने से बचने के लिए टालमटोल करते हैं फिर वकील साहब तो जितना लम्बा खीचेंगे उतना उनका धंधा चलता रहता हैं.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट हमेशा हित की सोचता है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट मुकदमों को शीघ्र निपटाने के लिए नये नये गाइड लाइने भी देते रहा है। किन्तु निचली अदालतों की प्रोसेस पर मोनोटरिंग न रखने के वजह से देश की अदालतों में मुकदमों का अंबार लग चुका है।

We are happy to hear valuable guidelines given by honourable Supreme court. Honble Lower court must obey guidelines honestly so that civil cases can be finalised immediately which will save valuable time of honourable court.
Late justice is denied justice.
Hence honble courts must take strict necessary and suitable hard action against thise party who are not appearing before hinble court. This type of thoughts of such party are realy cheating second party, wasting time of judge, harming his party, giving high motivation not to fear from court, DM, SP, Thana and hence this party says happily in vill, society that " See , court can not do against me "
means he, they cheat, pretend not to honour court and accordingly genuine and honest party gets harrassed .
Therefore I request honourable court to tell both advocates to have a meeting with both parties to put up the documents, discuss which will enable advocate, honourable Judges and deliver judgement very soon.
If any party who does not appear, in this case one local daroga, police be instructed to visit that party residence to instruct hardly to report court. If he, they do not obey, he ,they be penalised then and there to deposit money in govt treasury and receipt be deposited to court.
Then court will be able to finalise case within time frame obeying guidelines of honourable SC.

उसमे लगने वाले कोर्ट फीस का मूल्यांकन कैसे करें चूंकि कोर्ट सारणीय पता होने के बाबजूद भी किस सरकल भूमि का रेट निकालकर कोर्ट फीस का निर्धारण किया जाता हैँ
आप किस लिए केस किए हैं।उस केस में आप क्या रिलीफ चाहते हैं उस पर डिपेंड करता है। ज्यादा जानकारी चाहिए तो अपना नम्बर दिजिए समझा दूंगा

Order/ decision of supreme court should be made available to viewers to inform lower courts so that they will be benefited. We don't know whether such order is circulated to all courts or not. If any party is victim of advocate, court should bound to protect the appellant or defendant and such advocate must be removed from his profession.

2012 . Some of petitioner has passed away. We don't know how much more time they will take to decision
What is the use of delayed decision when petitioner is no more. Who is answerable in this situation ?

Sir, main culprit in prolonging case in court in many cases are either advocate or maybe possible also judge also. I don't hurt anyone but I am suffering. I made complaint in bar council Maharashtra. They transferred case to all India bar council Delhi. Complaint is pending. Life isn't court. Court made life hell for litigants. Ready to pay fees. Fee without output is meaningless.

When such type of guidelines will be implemented by the Supreme Court itself, It is very surprising that appeal filed under MACT vide diary No 2846 of 2014 is still pending for hearing and the District Court as well as the High Court failed to pass orders as per settled law in Sarla Verma Case. Instead of issuing guidelines why the Supreme Court not take an action against erring judges for non deciding cases within time limit.

Sir , if Petitioner and Respondant both , through Affidavit and WS respectively , request Hon Court , that both are ready to execute the sale deed , will the court pass order in that direction or will the court ask to do further investigation in the matter .?
Sir suprem court Or highcourt Or district court should have a monitory committee on taluk level judges so that they should not accept any request from advocates for more time toconduct cross exam. They should understand the difficulties of clients and they should try to give jugedments as early as possible. But they are waisting lot of time and they are getting good salary. No asker and teller to judges.
Instructions from supreme court are many but is there any authority which can look into the enforcement of the same. I have seen in Jammu HC, that the Hon. Judge wrote in the order about hearing........ To come up a week after next. But the person who issues weekly list of hearing puts the case ten weeks later that too before a different judge. Nobody can ask why was it done so. The computrised status of all clumns in filled as what business was conducted on which date. It was left blank. From the last more than seven years the column shoes....... For orders after notice. This means that no action took place in the case for more than seven years. They deliberately put the case of senior citizen who are not to be favoured, at the end of weekly list so that it should not come up for hearing before a judge in sitting hours of the court. The system of fixing dates of hearing in Jammu High Court is not unanimous with other HCs of India even after abrogation of Art 370.

Nothing is going to change unless the instructions issued are strongkly enforced and there is check on the enforcement. It seems nobody is unswerable. It is true that DELAY BEEEDS CORRUTION. What is the use of putting the status of cases on net if all the columns are not filled😢😢 completely . Why the persons who are assigned with this job are not taken to task. There is no Vigilance System in the Judicial Department. Then how could the corruption be contained?

Our Civil writ petition related to service matter is lying pending from 17 years in the High Court and till date no hearing has been done. It is very surprise that we are very much aggrieved. From a so long period, no hearing and justice have been done /provided by the High Court and there was totally harassment on behalf of employer and also is of the High Court and both are responsible for depriving of admissible Fundamental Rights.

Doing good job , keep it up sir, may your channel reaches to all those people who are unaware of the small nitty gritties/ rules of legal world, I would like to request sir make a video on how to counter if someone deliberately does not serves the summons and accuses the respondent of ignoring court notice though I have the certified Roznama copy , which shows that the notice was not served to me is it enough to prove his false claim as now he has started blaming the court for not serving the summons, just deliberately delaying the process from main arguments of the case.

जैसे जज हर केस में जजमेंट लिखता हैं. उसी जजमेंट में पीड़ित पक्ष की राय भी लिखनी चाहिये कि क्या मुझे केस जीतकर खुश हू क्या मुझे वास्तव में न्याय मिला क्योंकि आखिर केस तो पीड़ित पक्ष ने ही किया था ना तो उसका पेज एक अलग से ड्राफ्ट होना चाहिये.. कि उसने 15-20 साल कोर्ट के धक्के खाये और घटिया कानून के कारण मुझे अदालती और कानूनी पचड़े में पड़ना पड़ा वो भी दोषी लोगों के दोष करने के कारण और जो जज साहब ने न्याय सुनाया है उसका अब मेरे लिये क्या औचित्य है क्या मैं उस फैसले से खुश हूं या नहीं... पीड़ित पक्ष की बात को जजमेंट की तरह उस जजमेट में शामिल करना चाहिेये.. ताकि लोगों को पता चल सके कि कोई केस जीतने वाला बंदा खुश है भी या नहीं उसे वास्तव में इतने सालों के धक्के खाने के बाद न्याय के रूप में क्या मिला..😔😔😔

मुकदमा की सही जानकारी वकील देते नहीं मुकदमा तक खारिज करा लेते है दस साल बाद भी दुबारा जुर्माना देना पड़ता है वादी को बहस पर लगा मुकदमा मे भी बहस नहीं करते और गुमराह करते है तो इसकी भी जिम्मेदरी वादी कि क्यूँ वकील कि होनी चाहिए ना कि लूट करो 😢

I filed a hard-copy of this judgment and requested the Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Alipore, South 24 Parganas District, West Bengal to disallow unnecessary petition for re-examination as off-shoot of main suit but the Ld. Judge did not consider my prayer and preferred petition. It took one year to dispose the petition. This could have been avoided.

बीमारियों जुठे केस दर्ज। करते कोर्ट सटे दे देती फिर लम्बी तारीख लेते कि राजीनामा में कुछ मिल जाये
