Oh, and another thing - try not to use the cheapest face paint you find especially if you have sensitive skin. They tend to be gross and greasy etc. I love Kryolan, they specialize in theatrical makeup so even though this face paint was cheap, I'm not scared to use it. I even use it in my waterline as a substitute for a white eyeliner. Hope this helped you! =)
I think Peter Criss Makeup was the hardest of all and explains, why they needed around three hours to finish. Great video

For the white paint a really nice one is is Manic Panics 'Goth White' cream. It goes on really well and even. The cheapest way to do a look like this with nice products is ordering a Manic Panic goth kit and it comes with the cream

I've watched this 4 times in preparation for a tribute gig I'm going to. On my left eye I plan to do a black and purple Smokey eye just to make my look a little different.

Well, this is hard to say because if you have sensitive skin, it's always just about trying out a product and see how your skin reacts to it. When it comes to oiliness, I'd say primer under the face paint and a good powder are a must, maybe even a setting spray which will lock everything into place. Again, it depends on your skin, on how oily it is.

Lena, you are very beautiful! I watched this whole clip and I was amazed at how surprisingly well the outcome of Paul Stanley's face design turned out in the end. You did a fantastic job applying the make-up and the star over your right eye was shaped perfectly! After getting the design complete, you looked sensational!
I have a daughter who is going to be six years old in July and she and I love to listen to Kiss together. For Halloween 2013, I painted my face like Gene Simmons, I painted hers like Peter Criss and my girlfriend has a ten year old adopted daughter who wanted me to paint her face like Paul Stanley. We went out trick or treating together and it was fun. This year my daughter wants me to paint her face like Ace Frehley, my girlfriend's daughter wants me to paint her face like Peter Criss and I'm planning on painting my face like Paul Stanley this time. It will be fun to look forward to.

Wonderful makeup application. the star is a little too big but that's ok. I think you need far more white to your face but I like what methods you used here. I wish I knew in my country what would be the white product equivalent to that you used before the white powder itself... I live in Brazil, and trying to do this make-up I always used the white powder right after the primer!

There are so many Kiss Make-Up tutorials out there, and they are all really unprofessional. Clearly you had some make-up training, unlike Gene Simmons (though his tutorial with his daughter is hilarious). Anyway, this method looks like the easiest and most logical, so I'll be following it for mine and my boyfriend's costumes this Halloween!

What was the exact eyeliner you used to draw on the star?
Taylor Rylant I think it was some regular black eyeliner by Miss Sporty. But use whatever you have at home, it doesn't matter really, the important part is the creamy eyeshadow (Maybelline Color Tattoo), filing in the shape with it and setting it with (any) black powder eyeshadow for super long lasting power. =)

Shantel Wade I mean, I suppose you could, but it would look a little strange and unnatural with the colour contrast, but live your best life man. As for lips, I'd imagine you'd do the exact same thing I don't think lip size matters

Carlos Montes I think I removed it with extra virgin olive oil because I was out of a makeup remover when I did the tutorial :D But a good micellar water removes everything. My favorite of the moment is by Sephora =)
