Great compilation. For those not used to this kind of weather it must be very scary. Being in the Top End I have often had to drive to and from work seeing as much as that guy was able to see. It’s terrifying. Our wet season storms are like those featured on here, and can be really frightening. Thanks to all who captured these images.

I've had the honour of being in quite a few different types of weather in my life but I don't think I've ever been in a microburst.
But watching these videos was good enough for me. What I did find mildly amusing was at the start a trampoline went flying off somewhere and later on we see another trampoline flying over a house, my brain decided it was the same one and thought "That traveled a long way!" 🥴
I can see some channel taking Kitty's video and putting it into a "10 ghosts caught on camera" compilation, that would be stupid!

Scariest time of my life, I couldn’t see a thing and there where branches and all sorts flying into my car, a power transformer was sparking and going crazy just a few meters away. I remember a microburst happened to my family when we were visiting our grandparents in Alabama.
Me and my little sister were watching the TV when the channel cut out. There was a storm above.
So we were rushed to the basement and I was freaking out because I thought there was a tornado.
Turns out it was a microburst.
It took down some huge trees and luckily it didn't hit anyone's house (we were out in the country btw).
We went to the backyard (they had chickens) and they were all fine. A huge Branch from a tree fell into the pen and they were trying to escape from it.
It was scary but now I think it would be cool.

You may laugh, say we pong
