The judge had me laughing when the defendant taught her a new trick on the IPhone. Love that! Defendant tripped herself up at the end by admitting she hadn't blocked his number yet . How can you want him out of your life so bad if you still have his number so he can text you?
I thought you couldn't block texts and still be able to save the texts? She needed them in court, so I would have done the same. I would block him from calling, but not from texting.
@@glennieluckow6659 you can't. On Facebook they use to delete both party's texts. Now it remains but can't respond to them! On cell phone texts, you don't get them once blocked, especially if you use carrier blocking.
The plaintiff drives a Suburban. He needs every gas perk when it comes to the 31 gallon tank. "That what happens when 2 people play house"- Judge Judy words.
All he wanted to do is to make her look bad and hang her out on national media as a terrible person and drunk but if you love someone you do the opposite for love covers all things. He will continue to harass him because he's so cocky.
This is the most bitter dude I’ve ever seen . He even said at the end that it wasn’t about the money . He was obviously trying to get back at her since things ended & him texting consistently wasn’t working so he had to get her attention another way . Then when she denied him , he starts taking digs at her talking about her “drinking” etc . Yet I bet if she called him the next day he’d want get back together with her in a heartbeat . I definitely believe her when she said he was putting things in her head & words in her mouth . He was bold face lying to the judge when the texts shown otherwise .

When people are gonna realize that when you like someone and trying to win them over, suing them should never be an option. He should have let it be but now he has to pay more money 😂
Look, I met my husband (1 year anniversary soon, but together 14 years) online but I still don’t think most people are good at navigating online dating so I wouldn’t recommend it at all for the average person. Just as I wouldn’t recommend someone meeting people to ‘date’ at a club. It may work out for a few unicorns, but as a whole it’s just not a good way to meet people looking for something serious or finding people serious about a relationship. I fielded many creeps who wanted to treat me as a sex object shifting through online dating.
It's clear that he just wanted to see her. Everything he insisted was a loan was clearly a gift. She helped him with his business and offered to pay his own way but he insisted on paying. Men insist on paying for things because they think I means they own you.
I always laugh when they're announcing the case specifics and the Plaintiff says something stupid like, "The judge will see right through the Defendant and I'll get my money" and then... the Plaintiff owes the Defendant money. And PS to the Plaintiff- saying, "She's a great woman... when she's sober," is not how you win someone back.
This is exactly why I threw the towel in on online dating/Tinder/Bumble. It's exactly what you get - the people you meet are some combination of a clinger, drunk, drug user, broke as f**k, terrible credit, more likely than not quite overweight, and my personal favourite when you ask about work - taking time off to take care of my parents at home. Sooooo, you're unemployed and living in your childhood bedroom. Not for me.
I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm simply suggesting you take some accountability. Maybe screen people better? Maybe your attracting these weirdos by way of your actions?
Yup. I had the same experience. Nothing but fat single moms, over 30, with different baby daddies, on government assistance, but looking for men in shape, with a high-paying job, willing to wine and dine them. It was weird to see grown-ass women with bunny ears looking for "mature men." Every one of their pictures was filtered like crazy, but they want "genuine men." And my favorite recurring line was "F*#$ you if you don't like thicc women." That meant "it's easier to insult you for not being attracted to obese women, than it is to get a gym membership and work out every day." That experience cemented my desire to avoid online dating completely.
Hey, I was going along with all that you were saying until you said, taking off time to take care of your parents" was something derogatory. Granted, some mught use it as an excuse to not grow up but some of us, its work, not getting paid for. I had to retire early and am still helping with my Moms care, as shes 91 and luves 3 hours away. I still have my place but live with her every other 3 weeks. Its not easy living in 2 places, uprooting my life to care for her. Its exhausting. Getting help is soooooo costly, $7,000-$15,000/ mo. Who has that kind of $$.

This is a classic that should be shown in all psychology classes. A narcissist thinks only of themselves while a Borderline punishes you for not also giving all your thoughts to them as well. They can be very charming (watch his body language when the judge asks him how they met, 1:53.) When you no longer choose to be with them, they will do whatever they can to be vindictive, because, I mean, how dare you! They will try to ruin how others think of you, defame your character, your reputation, etc. They will harass and do things like sue you, not just to make you pay $$ but to humiliate you publicly (just like he admitted in the end-interview). I get such satisfaction when there are cases like this, based solely on the facts, when the plan completely backfires on them. He entered with bravado, no proof, no texts. He sincerely thought his charm would win the case, because, at least in his mind, he IS all THAT. He not not only left empty handed from his claim but had to pay out of pocket to the other person.
