Heather this is so creative and I loved watching how you troubleshoot and just your overall process! I have some temporary tattoos that I use for tumblers, but you just inspired me to use them with inks..maybe!? Thanks for your awesome videos!
I donr know about the nature of temp tattoos....I wonder if they would degrade quickly?

Another idea I had for you to try to fix a problem area, maybe you could try using that film as your protective layer to clean up the overspray so instead of hiding the mistake with more art you need to adapt to the space, you can trace the edge of your painting and cover that up while you paint the messed up area white! (I hope that made sense) in theory, you would gain that perfect white space back and save your artwork that you’re happy with!

Lovely! I was wondering when you applied the soft gel was it used on top of the tissue paper or just under the area you were applying it too? Thanks so much for showing your process.
I used it under as a type of glue. And then when I sealed this painting, I used Kamar varnish, UV spray, and then gloss spray varnish and it looks great.
Hi Heather, I am going to take your class, but will i be able to duplicate the results with other brand inks? I dont want to buy all new supplies right now.
Other brands in the class or in this video? Either way the answer is yes. The only inks that are I think imperative is the blanco blanco and I think I use some snow cap in the class. But yes u can use whatever brands you have.
What was the white that you embellished the flowers with?
arteza white gel pen. I DO show them and say it in the video and provide a link.
It pronouced Tee Rex, as in the dinosaur, not trex
Thanks for taking the time to correct my pronunciation. If u listen to the whole video, I say it both ways. Some habits are hard to break. Hopefully you got something from the free video tutorial other than an annoyance about my pronunciations. Best to you.
