A few days ago I did a mock test lol, and I thought I failed for accidentally driving over a curb and was disappointed in myself. Then at the end I told my instructor I thought I'd failed, but then it turns out I didn't even drive over that curb, and I passed the (mock) test for the first time.
Congrats! Drive safe! If I'd passed at 17 I dread to think how I'd have been on the road. hahaha That's a reflection on me - not you! I'm sure you'll be awesome!!

@@untitledman3767 make sure you use these couple days to improve the little things you struggle on (it helps a lot) and on the test day just try stay as calm as possible and just treat it like a normal lesson. Best of luck! :)
@@untitledman3767 I passed today with 4 Minors. Tips? In the Hour before literally practice whatever you feel weakest on. But literally check you mirrors constantly! For me personally doing the hour before actually got rid of my nerves. The Examiner I had was very professional. Didn't speak during the independent driving. Spoke more during the final phase. Don't ever think you've failed too. Just keep it a bit slower if your Test centre is near schools. Depending on the time you may see the orange lights in school zones. Make sure you only go 20mph. Definitely don't wanna get caught out even if there's people around just do as the lights suggest. Good luck anyone doing there test's.
This is how it went on my actual driving test. I thought I ran a red light near the start and assumed I failed, but it turned out I passed. Such a good feeling afterwards.

I have my test in two weeks, I am nervous but I am confident in my ability. I must admit the ultimate driving course has helped so so much! My weakness id say is judgment on roundabouts but I always watch the videos and listen to the faults as I think it’s so helpful and it always sticks in my mind.
Props to her for staying calm and safe when going the wrong way. I would rather go the wrong way than cut someone up and potentially cause a collision.

I passed my driving test for the fourth time, with one minor. These videos helped a lot! I have to give you credit, Pin; your videos were important in reducing my driving anxiety. I'll definitely keep watching them! Just some pointers for those who have scheduled their tests: Please don’t give up! On the day of the test, chew a gum to calm your anxieties and grab some rescue remedy drops. You can now have someone in the car with you, so I had my husband with me, which was very beneficial. Best of luck to everyone!

I remember stalling on my driving test. I parked up on the left and was preparing to move off but stalled the car 🙈 traffic was picking up on the busy road, so without panicking, I put the handbrake on and restarted the car. I waited for a gap in the traffic, and took off when it was safe. When I was told I passed, the examiner didn’t mark me for the stall. I was pretty lucky! 😅

This is a mock test, doesn't mean you get your license after this. The real test was yet to come so it was better for her to listen to that advice so she could further perfect her driving and 100% pass on the real test

first time watching as a passed driver! i got 0 minors on my test (it was my 2nd attempt) after the stress of my driving instructor’s car becoming faulty the day before my test
I failed my test.. the instructor was too busy paying attention to his phone instead of the actual driving exam, told me I drive passed stops signs even though I made full stops as I should and constantly bad mouthing me. I practiced every day and did great but when it came to the exam the instructor was rude, on his phone and name calling me. Now I’m too nervous to even make another appointment. Due to the anxiety and uncomfortable experience I had.
My uncle kerbed the car on the way out of the test centre (this was decades ago) and thought that would be a fail so he just finished the test without taking any extra precautions and just drove as he normally would and he passed. Let us admit that the way we drive in our test is a lot different from the way we drive before with taking more time over checks and checking mirrors more. I passed last Nov and still wonder if i heard them wrong and i failed even with my full licence lol.
Whats the benefit in passing a mock test in this Country??? What happens next, once you have passed it?? I’m JW because I like to watch these videos often, but not sure about the driving laws or the protocol for getting a drivers license. reminds me of my test, i went the wrong way / missed the correct exit like 3 times and i was already lamenting before the test was even over. huge relief when i was told that going the wrong way's not a mistake and that i'd passed
Pin, I love your videos however recently I've noticed that there's a red line that appears on the screen when your fabulous driver medics' advert shows. I wouldn't say that the line makes me want to gouge my eyes out but it does make me feel a sense of rage. The last time I felt that feeling of rage I threw my nans cat down the stairs. That pass right there is in all honesty nothing but a straight up miracle. Real truth here is that she barely has control over the car and took multiple chances that you easily could fail for. Anyway congrats to her for passing, but personally if I was an instructor, I wouldnt let her out in traffic. Though hopefully she learns by the time her actual test comes up!
“is the car on?“ seems like a common question on this channel. Surely it’s not too difficult to have a look at the rev counter to see. Anything above zero means the car is running.
@@iNotWhoosa that’s fair to an extent, but reading the dashboard is one of the first things a learner will do in a car, so they can read the speed, petrol gauge, engine temp and revs. It’s not exactly a science.

I’m not sure if Pin cuts it out of the videos or not, but I think it would be good to see the learner take the time before the drive starts to get comfortable with the layout of controls so that when they are moving they know exactly how to use them and react to changes smoothly. I think that’s a sign of a “switched on” driver and I definitely emphasise that to my learners :)
I failed my tests many times and on my last test I was bracing myself to hear I failed again. But was seriously surprised when the officer told me I passed. Actually asked if she was joking

There is no correct way to have your headrest, same as your seat. You have it to what is comfortable for you.
