- Until the 2021 Toyota Sienna and 2021 Chrysler Pacifica are available to review, the 2021 Honda Odyssey EX-L and 2021 Kia Sedona SX duke it out to see which is the best contender for this new model year. Stay tuned to see the full comparison with all four vans in the market in late 2020!
I evaluate the vans in seven different categories, and decide whether one has an advantage in each category. They are as follows:
1. Value (Price and features of each vehicle)
2. Safety (Both active safety features and passive IIHS results)
3. Power-train and performance (Engine, transmission, 0-60 time)
4. Fuel Economy (EPA rated fuel efficiency)
5. Reliability (Rated by Consumer Reports)
6. Functionality (How well the van performs intended function)
7. Styling (How each van looks, from my point of view)

With the current family hauler trend leaning to SUVs i see the manufacturers redesigning their minivans to look more like an SUV but still having the superior practicality of a minivan.
I would appreciate seeing you review the Toyota Sienna and the Chrysler Pacifica. Perhaps a minivan vs SUV too.
Glad you enjoyed the comparison! I am actually going to do the Sienna vs Odyssey vs Pacifica vs Sedona very soon! The only reason it isn't out yet is because the Pacifica Touring L (the trim I want to compare) hasn't been showing up in local dealers yet. As soon as it does, it's game on!
As for an SUV, I will keep that in mind moving forward and I'll see what I can do!

Thanks! Actually, I was using a lapel microphone-the camera audio would have just been wind drowning my voice out. Sometimes I don’t get to pick the day I film on so I just had to work with what I had unfortunately!

Sienna the best minivan in the market. Maybe you talk about the second and third place.

My family just traded our 2016 Town and Country in for a 2021 Sedona Ex ,had for a month and quiet impressed so far,definitely a smoother quieter van, as far as safety..my insurance dropped almost 60$ a month.

@@Allcarseveryday yes very shocked at the insurance drop as well ,definitely need to shop around different kia dealership as well ,i found ex model same options, in white for 8k less then a blue one at another dealership..shop around
