Hi David! I've purchased from your BL store in the past and just found your channel. Liking the vids so far. Curious how do you keep track of your cost on your pieces? Obviously there's the cost to buy the bulk lots, plus whatever you pay the sorters. But if you sort them down and then consolidate the categories from multiple bulk lots and sort again how do you track the cost per piece or do you use a different method?

Point of fact: if some one uses want list on BL and wish list on BO and you have 6 total parts in 3 lots your store will show if they auto build the cart. We sell out on lots for a single part spread all over the store.

When you are saying you are selling by lots, what exactly is a lot? A particular drawer, specific molds, etc?

Where do you find people to sort the Lego?

What is the approximate lead time from when you get in the used bulk for the first time to when it is finally listed? Curious how long they are sitting around before getting listed. A few weeks or a few months? I assume it depends on how fast you full those tubs after the first sort.

How do you handle accountability in regards to how much goes out to a sorter vs how much comes back? Just wondering if totes come back light or if that even factors into the equation?
