Avi Kaplan basso profundo sang second. Scott sang first and covered the bass. They are all extremely multi talented and together they are near perfection. They do this live also and just as good. The only thing better than this beautiful video is the *LIVE* Christmas Special version. You see all of them up close in the same frame to get a better idea of what each one is doing. Beautiful.
The first singer ( scott Hoying) is a baritone and when their bass singer ( Avi Kaplan , guy with long hair in the beanie) sings the second verse, Scott takes over doing the bass. Avi then takes bass for the remainder of the song. They all have at least 4 octave ranges and the beatboxer can sing tenor as well and sings backing vocals when not actively beatboxing. I am going to see them live September 3rd can't wait!! I found them a couple years ago and had to go back and listen to everything they have done. There original music is great too. There covers are called upgrades.

I think you would very much enjoy "Run To You," an original, written by Avi and Kevin. There's no lead singer and no solos, not even any beatboxing, just glorious five part harmony. For more of Kevin (the beatboxer), I recommend "The Kevin Show/Kevin's Fifth."
