I prefer an army that is at the forefront of the battle like the Albanian in Afghanistan, rather than an army of fighter planes and floating ships, idle and exercising just like the Greek. I believe that the Albanian army has high-quality soldiers and a high level because of the real war they are doing in Afghanistan on their behalf of USA.

Yeah, not too many people know that Albanians are a completely separate people from the Turks. Albania was under Ottoman rule for 500 years and a lot of breeding happened between them but Albanians as a people are Illyrians while Turks are not. The close proximity confuses people, though I don't blame them because you'd have to do some research to learn about it.

I live in an English speaking country and nobody knows Greeks as dark-skinned people. You saw hundreds of dark skinned people in Athens? Well, Athens is known for tourism. I don't think it is true because Greeks existed in the Turkish archives even before Ottomans but in Seljuks as well. Only not as "Greeks" or "Hellens" they were referred as Ionians, Byzantinians or just Christians. On the other hand Albanians as Arnavuts. Serbs also did exist and referred as Serbs like today. If you refer Ottomans as Turks sorry for the bad news for you but Ottoman-Turks had no control over anywhere. Ottoman empire wasn't only a state. It was a self sufficient system of recruiting statesmen. You know the devshirme system.
