You know, and I don't want to make a whole big thing about it or anything, but Gared "WFO" Steinke is the Fastest 2 Stroke Specialist out there. Nobody has the Extraordinary Talent, Raw Speed, and Massive Cods like Gared "Nature Boy" Steinke. He can easily Out Pace any of the "so called" champions like Ricky "Puss Puss" Carmichael, Jeremy "Sweet Cheeks" McGrath, Travis "Pretty Boy" Pastrana, and James "Mommies Boy" Stewart. There are very strong but otherwise unsubstantiated rumors that Gared is James Stewart's illegitimate half brother that was left at Jimmy Albertson's doorstep as an infant. Gared is lucky to call both Ronnie "Hold My Finger" Mac and Biff "Duck Tape" Wiffle close personal friends and training partners. If Roger "The Man" DeCoster pulls out of his Deep Dark Depression, with the Sad state of Affairs at KTM, he would be wise to send Gared, Ronnie, and Biff to RedBud for the 2022 MXoN and finally recover the Chamberlain Trophy from those Greasy Italians. You know, and I think that I can speak for everyone, Recovering the MXoN Championship and getting the Chamberlain Trophy back on American Soil, where it belongs, is important for America. It might also help DeCoster recover some semblance of Dignity and once again pee at a urinal standing like a man.

That's some great riding. I'm old as dirt and rode motocross in the early 70's on 125's. Then the Elsinore 125M showed up at the track in very late 1973, early 74. It sounded like a chainsaw when the first one at the track was unloaded and then proceeded to blow away everything there. I got one quickly for less than a grand and went to work. I still dream of flying that thing around the tracks in New England. Of course, the things the riders do as routine today would have put any one of us in intensive care. Hats off to the new generation of incredible skills and bravery.

Back in their day riding a 2 stroke 125 was the easiest class to ride if you get the hole shot and keep on the pipe ... But drop out of the power band even for only a brief moment between ticks of a clock and probably get you passed by 2 or 3 riders before you can get your ported out buzz bomb to reignite the boost ...once your back into the power band on the pipe you can maintain your own again checking your position to see what place your in which will be your next best objective for you to pass while trying to regain past real estate up front when you were leading in the #1 spot after you got the hole shot ...but you fucked up when your foot slipped off the shifter missed 3rd gear causing the engine to hit the rev limiter blipping out and back to 1st and start over and get it back on the pipe .you can never let it drop off the pipe , just keep it pin at all times allowing the rev limiter for clutchless shift points with your toe just touching the under side of the shift peg ..and the 125’s will up shift like it was an automatic and remain "on the pipe " as long as you keep it pinned wfo and only blipping it downshifting to square off the next berm ..and why i call eazy ...compared to trying to do the same on something like a CR480R 2 Stroke ....on a big bore 2 stroke if you are still in pipe even for one second too long you may end up somewhere in the spectator lane ...such is the 30+ open class motoX run what you brung ...abd its a hoot on a 125 were you can literally leap over big bores like superman in a single bounce on a 125 ...big doubles no troubles double in double out
. And when you see the checkered flag never under all circumstances never turn your head to the side to see 2nd place or you will watch him go flying passed you putting you in 2nd place
As one of the top fuel funny car drivers said long ago " 2nd place is only the 1st loser " in the 1982 illiana outdoor supercross 30+ Open class " if you think it can win send it " i finished 3rd over all in the Illiana supercross Championship series 30+ Open on a 1982 RM125 -Z .

The 1982 RM125-Z and factory team rider Mark Barnett's RA125 were named the best 125's you could get world wide with hp of the 1st CR250M Elsinore
      pulpmx.com/2013/02/07/gps-classic-steel-43-1982-rm125-z/
I can honestly say the 1982 RM125-Z full floater made playing the game of outdoor supercross 30+Open Class like fast draw of the quick and the dead ....
Today Husqvarna builds a EFI 125cc two stroke that makes 40hp TC125 boost port electronic fuel injected that is almost twice as much hp tham my old 1982 RM125-Z ...and it is one more horsepower of the 1979 ME250 Mugen ... So how did the two stroke become twice as powerful as any n/a 4 stroke of same cc's ? 2 strokes always were even before AOL ever said " you've got mail" ....just remember " two strokes boost" " four strokes suck"

@@jpesicka999 what most people dont understand the fack that 2 strokes are self supercharging engines by design ..the piston compresses the air fuel mixture in the crankcase first above atmospheric pressure ..then just before bottom dead center the boost ports are uncovered by the piston to allow the compressed air fuel mixture to entire the top of the cylinder and combustion camber ..at the precis moment the refected sound wave from the expansion chamber seals off the exhaust port long enough for the piston to compress the already supercharged mixture from the crankcase compressed again at the same time the mixture is fired off starting the said cycle all over again increasing the supercharging effect at a much faster rate for each increase in rpm's . Then at a curtain rate of rpm's you will feel a tremendous surg of power called on the pipe . That is when the tuning of the expansion chamber sound frequency sound way seals off the exhaust port most effectively trapping the most supercharged air fuel mixture in the combustion chamber thats instantly fired by the timing of the sparkplug ...and thats when a two stroke is in the power band pulling harder than a 4 stroke that is only naturally aspirated ...pop yoshimura design, built, and raced honda's very first 2 stroke that later became the CR125M... I had just hired on as a Honda technician and required to go to a honda service school abd was trained on the operation of Honda's new two stroke Elsinore by "Pop Yoshimura himself ..the amount of supercharging is directly how efficient the amount of compressed air fuel the sound wave reflected back from the expansion chamber is trapping the supercharged mixture from escaping the exhaust port before the piston closes the exhaust port on its way back to top dead center and fired off that take place for every single turn of the crankshaft ..a 4 stoke only fires every other time taking 2 complete turns of the crankshaft to make one power stroke where as a 2 stroke makes a power stroke every time it make one turn of the crankshaft that is supercharged from the crankcase developing more horsepower at a much faster rate than any naturally aspirated 4 stroke of the same cc displacement can ever possibly do ..even if you double the rpm of the 4 stoke like todays 450 singles that crank out 65hp @ 9500 rpm ... Compared to an old CR500R two stroke that cranks out 67hp @ 6000rpm and more midrange torque at lower rpm due to a constant power stroke for ever turn of the crank ...after many tries of tuning the EFI of Husqvarna TC125 two stroke they finally prefected their boost port electronic injectors with pressure sensors in the crankcase to feed the info needed of the variable amount of supercharging as the rpm's increase to the power band that requires a huge volume of fuel to keep from piston seizures ...to now the TC125 Husqvarna makes 40 horsepower , one more that a 1979 CR250R honda elsinore

    • @Aspired329

He was still going for it in moto 1 most the time, moto 2 did a few times but somewhere he crashed, burned down or pulled off on the other side of the track. If memory serves me right he cleaned it a time or 2 even.
