I have a 60 that looks like the coin on the right. Mine looks like they might have stuck it around the edge of the coin like a dime. My 60 looks so simular to your 64 and I was hoping to see another coin in the same condition. I think my 60 is very pretty as I think your 64 is. Cool coins I hope I find another one. God bless you and thank you!❤
More santine ok thanks, my brother received some older pennies in a holder all the same year, for helping someone move, these coins had very satin finish and they were very red bright! I found a 1964 D in some change that isn't like the others, it has intense detail. It's been highly circulated but the detail has really caught my eye ♥

I would actually like to become a coin grader for one of the major coin grading companies. I am currently in quality control for a premium sunglasses company, but, my real passion is coins.

I have been investigating and reading for days one a great amount of coins and usually it’s the second look where the images come forth to compare one hint on the 64 msm satin finish don’t forget weight your 82’s&83’s for transitioning errors
I asked about the 64 penny apparently I asked the wrong way picture was bad. I didn’t know this was for professionals only. I just couldn’t understand how you say oh yea you could find it in pocket change worth this huge amount but then you say you had absolutely perfect looking coins that didn’t grade well, that they can’t have any little tiny mark on them so I just wondered how a coin could possibly be in pocket and not have some mark. Thought it was confusing. Took it to a dealer and said I must get it graded that it’s amazing. Thanks
I just love my 60s. And my 70s. They are all sharp and beautiful. I can't believe the crap the US mint is pushing out today. It's almost embarrassing! I mean jeez Louise. I actually had an entire clad layer just fall off a nickel into my hand the other day! And zinc rot! I don't want to touch them, although I must say that some of those coins are breathtaking when they first leave a roll. I set those aside.
It is shameful the garbage they make today! A country as great as ours, and we punch out trash, pennies that disintegrate in five years in the ground! They literally corode away to nothing. So what future is there for coins? Depressing, unAmerican! LOL

Can a 64 sms be an error coin? Or were all of them made into sets because they were all flawless from the start? Lower 1964 sells more than the mint 64. Would that be de-grading?
