I bought a 2020 Left Handed Fender Player (maple neck) last week on Reverb. The description stated it had Yosemite Pickups installed, but I didn't think anything of it since I had never heard of them and I'm not as fan of single coils and the 60 cycle hum. I always swap them out with rail, noiseless, or Lace Sensor Gold pickups. What a HUGE surprise I had when I plugged it in and played it!! The tone blew me away and they are very quiet for single coil pickups!! I cannot get over how great these pickups are!! Needless to say they're staying in!!
I was thinking of putting Yosemite in my 2002 Highway 1 Strat after the success I had with them in my 2007 Highway 1 Tele. It’s a pity this demo only has a hot setting.
Whoa cool, I just got this same guitar a few days ago. How are you recording and what's your setup like? Like is it direct input to audio interface or through an amp and mic? Keep it rockin'!
Pressed at the last fret, around 2 or 3 mm I think. No matter what, I've put the two sets at the exact same height. In hindsight, the 50s needed to be closer, no matter the distance, I think. This comment refers to my previous video, comparing both :)
How on earth can anyone hear the tone of pickup's when the guitar amp is set on destortion? To me they just sound the same as all other pickup's very harsh.
Well done!!

I'm quite happy to see the same message popping up here and there, seems like people really enjoy these pickups !!
Nice playing, man 👌🏾
Love Yosemite, they sound great. Just about to drop them into my custom strat ❤
Great playing and killer sounds.
Can you tell me the mod that allows you 7 positions at once?
What amp are you using?? Sounds beautiful

I am playing through an Axe Fx 3 : It's an effect processor. In the video, it's emulating a Fender Double Verb and a King of Tone overdrive :P
At what height did you leave the Yosemite pickups?

Just got paid, hey?
Haha, I played it over and over.
Really wanted to hear them clean without all the BS.
