Toga's story is one of a child abuse survivor, who normalized the abuse she face and believed that hurting others was the way to show love. That's why her redemption was so satisfying, even though she died. She finally was able to show love the right way. By saving the one she loved, not hurting them.
Himeko is a hypocrite plain and simple. If she really believed hurting other people is a way of showing love she should have no problem with Magne, Twice or herself getting killed If another person with her mindset showed up, she’d throw the biggest hissy fit while holding everyone unrelated accountable while crying she shouldn’t accept any responsibility for her own actions
lol, Toga's story is a powerful one. She was a child abuse survivor who was taught that violence and hatred were the only ways to show love. But in the end, she was able to break free from that cycle and show love in the right way. Toga's redemption was satisfying because it showed that even the most damaged people can be healed. It also showed that love is more powerful than violence. Toga's death was tragic, but it was also a necessary sacrifice for her to save the one she loved. Toga's story is a reminder that we should never give up on people, even if they have made mistakes. We should always strive to understand them and help them to heal. Love is the most powerful force in the world, and it can overcome even the darkest of pasts. Note: I'm glad that you found Toga's story to be satisfying. It's a story that I think will stay with me for a long time.
@@Suto_Ko It's bullshit. It's purely a work of fiction. There are tons of people who've been treated worse by their parents but came out good and upstanding people and didn't just become murdering douchebags. They spent large portions of their childhoods with no friends but knew that their parents were what they didn't want to become and they made the logical deduction that their shitty parents were an example of what not to become. The real world doesn't work like that. There is a point of no return and you have to hold people accountable for all of the good and bad that they've made the choice to do. Toga at this point has killed hundreds, if not thousands of as far as we know, innocent people. It's also arguable that she was truly "healed" as it could easily have just been her psychosis shifting conveniently for Ocacho. To say that such upbringing leads to Toga's result dehumanizes Toga to just an empty machine that's unable to think and rationalize for itself. A mere input-output machine that ignores the experiences of those who experienced similar or worse but didn't come out the same way. She wasn't even really abused as a child. Her "self" was a sociopathic, hedonistic beast that sought pleasure in the harm of others. Her parents rightly saw the signs of her behavior as a child being extremely problematic and unacceptable to society as a whole which they attempted to correct. It was right for them to attempt to teach Toga that such tendencies and behaviors was not acceptable. Her "true self" was that of a sociopath that sought to steal the blood of others for her own gratification. This logically led to taking the lives of others by her own choice. In this case, her true self was abhorrent and that should have been rejected, not accepted and nurtured.
MY HEART 😭💔 She realized how she could've used her quirk to live in the world only when she was on her way out of it, The idea that she could potentially save countless people on the battlefield by turning into them and giving them a transfusion is kind of incredible to think about. It's a shame that things couldn't work out another way for her
I want to imagine a universe where Toga was a living blood bank. She could quite easily just save lives by becoming them and donating their blood back to them. Truely a tragic tale
I wonder what would happen if she transformed into someone she's able to use the quirks of, but the person they transformed into later had their quirk stolen... Does the blood require to be taken from when they had a quirk? Or would it work all the time? If she did a blood transfusion could she give their quirk back?
I can imagine a universe where Toga is a living blood bank. It would be a very interesting story to see her use her powers to help people instead of harming them. Here is an idea for how Toga could be a living blood bank: Toga could use her powers to transform into people who need blood transfusions. She could then donate her own blood to them, saving their lives. She could also use her powers to collect blood from people who are willing to donate, and then store it for later use. This would be a very beneficial way for Toga to use her powers. She could help people who need blood transfusions, and she could also help to build trust with the people who she helps. This could help her to overcome her past and start a new life for herself. It would be a very interesting story to see how Toga becomes a living blood bank, and how she uses her powers to help people. It would be a story of redemption and hope, and it would show that even the most unlikely of people can change and make a difference in the world. I think that this would be a very interesting and creative way to use Toga's powers. It would also be a very positive and heartwarming story, and I think that it would be well-received by fans of the series.
😑 Uh No she wouldn't because remember she spent years running from the police so God knows how many innocent lives and Heroes she's impersonated and killed before and after she joined the league of losers besides Izuku and Ochako aren't her first victims so why would she save your life??? If this crazy serial killer psychopath fell in love with you, she will not stop stalking you until she kills you and moves on to her next victim just like all the messed up things she's done towards Izuku trying to kill him throughout the series like the license exam and the overhaul Arc.
BRUH!!! When you realize Toga could have been a huge support character in a hero hospital, but she became a villain all because of how society treated her. It’s quarter to seven in the morning here and I’m already depressed.
The society depicted in MHA seems to be one that views Quirks as as a dangerous burden to be managed at best. Heroes/law enforcement seems to be the only sphere where Quirks are actually embraced. And in this case it's a calculated concession to eliminate vigilantes, use hero muscle to enforce other Quirk management policies, & to be the scapegoats for the government if things go wrong. Deku mentioned that a historical politician in their schoolbooks had mentioned that humanity would be interstellar by that point had Quirks not appeared. This suggests what the official government view on Quirks is. Not a potential asset, but a liability
@@phosphoros3050 It's not just that but several countries (I think Asian countries are especially bad about it) have Xenophobia that makes them insist on everything be a certain way. It's a big part why Himiko Toga was treated the way she was by her parents and family because they want "Normal". Actually a lot of anime and manga characters are mistreated and bullied for this reason. A big part of why Ichigo from Bleach was bullied and treated like a delinquent as because he inherited his American mothers blonde hair. Which made him look like he was some punk. So he was treated like one. MHA is them taking that kind of mindset to the extreme. To be fair I have no doubt a similar mindset was seen everywhere. But maybe not quite as bad as it was during this series
@@belovedwarrior3192 It's less xenophobia, this is anime so hair color and eye color has little to do with race or ethnicity, and more intense collectivism and obsession with homogeneity, there are historical reasons for this type of social culture but it's gone to the point that it's just straight up harmful and insidious towards anyone who is atypical in the slightest in *their society* emphasis on their
The beautiful thing about Toga's arc is that it highlights how much better the world and people could be if they all just took the time to understand each other and not always shun people out of lack of understanding. While yes Toga has committed some atrocities and those can never be taken away or forgotten and she should have been punished to the fullest extent of the law, she at the end of the day was a teenage girl who felt rejected, shunned, and ostracized by the world. No one ever truly tried to understand who she was or why she did the things she did. As a result things ended the way they did. If only someone reached out sooner. Things could have been different.
Yep, Toga's arc is a powerful reminder of the importance of understanding and compassion. She is a complex and tragic character who made many mistakes, but she was also a victim of circumstance. She grew up in a world that was cruel and unforgiving, and she never learned how to love or be loved. If only someone had reached out to her sooner, things could have been different. She could have been taught how to control her bloodlust and live a normal life. But instead, she was left to fend for herself, and she eventually turned to darkness. Toga's story is a cautionary tale about the dangers of judging people too quickly. We should all strive to be more understanding and compassionate, especially towards those who are different from us. Note: I agree that the world and people could be better if they all just took the time to understand each other. If we can learn to see the world through the eyes of others, we can begin to build a more just and equitable society.
It’s a shame to see a girl who could’ve had a brighter future die. But I suppose walking a life where you have to physically hurt people just to give your quirk power is it’s own torture.
Yes All Miss Stabby Pants wanted was a friend who understands her and the only type of people who did was Jinny boy who was a murderer including the rest of her friends in the league of losers who were a group of killers. It’s no wonder everyone rightfully rejected her
@@InvestedGmanto be fair, it's not like she was a literal vampire who was abused and starved almost as long as bakuhoe was bullying deku or anything, just because she desperately wants something doesn't mean she's gonna go for a rational way of going about getting it since she's not all there herself through no fault of her own.
@@wholesome_masochist4113Are you kidding me??? She still made her choice at the End of the day to become a serial killer psychopath and she never cared about all the innocent lives and Heroes she's impersonated and killed before and after she joined the league of losers, she only cared when it happened to her when Jinny Boy died while going on a rampage killing heroes especially Ochako's childhood hero Eel Boy blaming them for everything becoming a massive hypocrite. Not to mention she never cared when her friends in the league tried to kill Izuku and Ochako besides she had plenty of chances to get help but Again she made her choice so she got what she deserved and there's a special place in Hell for her.
Anyone else worried for Ochako's mental state after the fight? Even though we know what she wants to confess to Izuku I believe she will become to depressed about not physically saving Toga, she will lose confidence in herself to tell him. HOWEVER, this whole ark between them also leads me to believe that Izuku will come to the realization of how quickly you can lose people (like how for a second he thought he may have lost bakugo) and he will realize his feeling for Ochako and tell her, and then he will be able to comfort her. But, I dont know how his fight with Shigaraki is going to go but he will come to some sort of realization as Hori has been cookin it for some time. I'm honestly sad Toga dies and she doesn't get a chance to live a life of pure love.. she was always one of my favorite characters next to Ochako and Izuku.
Ochaco is now unconscious after Toga just saved her life by giving all of her blood 🩸 to her and fix up her stomach but it will probably take a while or longer for her to wake up and once she wakes up she will still cry over Toga’s death and she has no choice but to bury her (and will do like how Goku did with Vegeta back when Frieza kills him) and after that she will run towards to Deku to see how’s his fight against Shigaraki will go too
Uraraka becoming an Empath from an HSP she’s been the whole show legit opened my eyes from the psychology perspective. She kept on looking from Toga’s perspective til she legit empathized and saw the girl underneath everything she’s been. And the entire show she was afraid of connecting BECAUSE of Toga’s obsession preventing her from attempting to connect more with Deku out of fear it would be the same way. But it popped out just the same because as Toga says, holding your emotions back makes them stronger. And Uraraka got to give Toga the love she really needed. Not for romance, but for family that wouldn’t leave her. And in turn Toga made sure not to leave Uraraka to save her. This was a fight I was NOT ready to enjoy so much because I was so hyper focused on Monoma being Toga’s lil brother. I just thought this was phase one the whole time. With full context this is actually one of Horikoshi’s finest subplots. Uraraka has been amazing in the background, and this was great for her role. Now I want her to unlock the last aspects of her quirk and be OP fighting with Deku when the class likely comes together to face AFO and AFS. Also side note, Deku seeing through her thoughts in a different light while being a master level empath was SUPER realistic too because quite simply, Uraraka was the one with the context, not Deku. And while an empath can quite literally empathize with any feeling on the spectrum aside from INCREDIBLY dulled out emotions so long as they have the experience, it’s not a guarantee mind reading strategy many believe it to be. You still need the context to truly recognize it all and see where the person stands. Otherwise all you know is the emotion, not WHY the emotion. Deku has next to no issue weeding through mindsets to figure out context. And it lets him heal people around him easy. Uraraka is learning the same techniques Deku has been using the whole show. Every goal she has made wasn’t FOR Deku, but lead her back to him. Probably why a number of her classmates were so pushy about her being around him when she had no idea what to do with it in her own right. At least til the finale Toga fight.
@@Youcancallmeishmaell I would prefer a normal girl like Ochako than a psycho like Toga. I understand she had a sad past, but I ain't Jesus to save someone like her.
@assman7218 A hero according according to my armchair literary analysis is mitt is mitt to represent a culture's ideal man. When they write a hero that's a society that Is Telling you what they think a man should be. Thus , the woman that the hero winds up with is what that society Women to be.
Damn, I'm so speechless and so emotional hearing everything. Toga mirrors every person in the world who kept being compared to others and being hurt by the ones who should support them and understand them for who they really are. 😢
Its sad, Himiko Toga out of all the villains just wanted an actual friend and thats why Himiko did what she did so Uraraka could reach her goal of becoming a Hero
Toga did sacrifice herself to save Ochaco’s life from dying by transfusion all of her blood🩸to her and stitched 🧵 her stomach so she can live but now she’s remain unconscious and it will take a while for her to wake up after Toga saves her life after final battle
There’s no excusing what she did, no excusing the pain she inflicted nor the suffering she caused But there is understanding that for as sick and twisted as it seems to the average, or in her words, “normal” person, it was still all out of love and affection But maybe if she’d learned to give, rather than take, just like a hero, she could’ve found true love, she could’ve found happiness, and most importantly of all, she could’ve lived her own normal life The system failed her, and it led to her becoming a killer, a villain, but she never wanted to be that Just like Shigaraki, the world made her into a monster and expected an apology And just like Shigaraki, she asked the simple question “Why should I apologize for becoming a monster? Nobody ever apologized for making me into one?” In her last moments, Toga found true love, she found a small form of redemption As I said, it doesn’t excuse the pain she inflicted or the suffering she caused, but it does at the very least redeem her a little bit Besides, just like Spider-Man and Aunt May taught us all “If you help someone, you help everyone”
I think my reply got deleted Basically, I think this is super important because it highlights that really, pretty much anyone could do horrible things like she did. Normal people are capable of atrocities and recognizing that we would dehumanize others less. For example, psychopathy being used as a diagnosis to dehumanize criminals, saying they’re irredeemable.
It's not about if she'd learned... it's about if she'd been taught.... No one out there is truly "normal" and everyone around her just tried to force their ideas onto her. She was confused and scared trying to make her own thoughts and urges change and follow other people's "rules". This was the problem. Her quirk made her enjoy blood...other people would see this as gross and that's "normal"... this is where part of the problem is... They thought one thing and told her to think the same....she couldn't change her likes/dislikes just because others wanted her to. It was not just the system, but her parents that failed her. If her own parents could've at least talked to her and tried to understand her, then she might have seen a friend in them. The system of course is at fault for not having something in place to assist people that have Quirk Troubles. It could be possible her parents thought she was just weird and not that she had a Quirk? but if they didn't know she had a Quirk...in a world where so many already do.. then that's another fail on their part. Some Villains cannot be reached...they will remain villains, but Toga actually extended her hand out.... Deku and Uraraka just didn't realize it in time.... The people that CAN be helped are those that WANT to be helped....but we need someone there to grab their hand. Toga didn't have that early on in life....
I don’t think some of the ppl in the comments really understand togas character People keep saying she’s just pure evil but like most of us know it’s not the case, her way of showing love and affection is twisted from her quirk. And people are taking that as her just being all quirky and evil instead of the girl who just wanted to show her love freely like everyone else but couldn’t because that isn’t ok. And instead of pushing her in the right direction society threw toga away. Not to mention she was a teen when she joined the league and still is. Teenagers are known for being easily peer pressured. So all for one guided her down an even darker path since as a literal teenager who’s brain is still developing she was groomed to be that way on top of her original mental differences Toga saving ochako was huge for her character even if she died without facing much consequences, since we all know she loves ochako. Instead of stealing her blood after ochako died toga saved her instead and I think that shows a lot regardless of her not acknowledging her crimes
How did society throw her away? she had terrible parents but that's what we know so far. her villainy started when she attacked her first crush, then if I remember correctly she went on the run and committed more murders where the victims bled to death, then after the hosu incident she sought out the league of villains. you can't say society abandoned her if she never reached out, sure there are lots of scum in society but not everybody is. she never tried to get help, but yeah I agree with the last part, even though it's her fault that ochako had to deal with the clones in the first place.
@ravager815 Terrible parents? For getting her therapy because she was showing signs of sociopathic behavior? They did the right thing, but it still failed and Toga became a sociopath anyway.
@@zerofudou5689 My guy, sociopathy, in NO WAY, gives ANY right to physically and emotionally abuse someone! Having a skewed sense of morality does not mean you're evil! It means that you need help. And when all that that help amounts to is pretty much everyone telling you that you are essentially a twisted monster that should just repress everything about yourself, down to the natural way that you smile, then YES! THAT IS SOCIETY THROWING YOU AWAY. It is not a CHILD'S obligation to make sure they are alright after all. That's the job of adults. And if you are incapable of understanding or empathizing with that fact and idea, then maybe you should find some therapy for yourself. And hopefully it's the good kind. Not whatever shit-show "therapy" Toga was put into.
She still did everything she did. It doesn’t matter how stacked the deck is against you. Your actions are what define you and she was a childish murderer who regretted none of her actions much like every other member of the LoV. Ochako shouldn’t have had to put up with her antics and definitely shouldn’t have had to say she thinks she’s cute or that she loves her.
Toga is the way she is because her quirk influenced her mentality. that is why she has a blood obsession . she is a victim of the ability she was born with.
No she is the way she is because she had abusive parents who did not even try to understand their daughter. They just saw she was different and tried to make her "normal". If they actually would of tried to act like parents Toga would not of turned out the way she did and would of saved countless lives with blood donations. There is a message in that.
I feel like toga was misunderstood by some of the fan base and the people in the show of my hero academia, because of the life she lived and how people didn't like her the way she was. 😭😭
*EMOTIONAL DAMAGE.* Bakugo, Midoriya, and Ururaka will be masters of talk no jutsu. It kinda hurt to see Himiko asking before what you want to do to me, hero? Ururaka simply replied i wanna save as many people as i can and stop you no matter what. " Himiko probably took it, as are the villains not worth saving, too? So it's really good to see Himiko get some closure before she died doing something good. Only 17 but still died doing a good deed in the end.😞
I really like her. I understand how she was treated and how she feels about society. Wouldn't go about everything the way she did, but still. She reminds me of the last 3 girls I loved. One of them still has some hope though, but you can't save somebody if they don't want to be saved or helped..
Toga was misunderstood 😢 Just wanted to be accepted and be a part of something. Society can be cruel and no wonder others turn around and do bad. Would Toga be different if people accepted her and how she could help out others if possible?
Yeah, Her sacrifice actively proved she could have been that kind of person from the start while being herself if someone like her parents were in her corner instead of condemning her existence
I blame the Himiko's parents, literally blood quirks are some of the most broken in the My Hero world, yet they decided to demonize their own daughter instead of work around her whims. I also blame Vlad for not being there cuz dude is a whole blood metahuman that could show the perks of a blood quirk user. I believe many people fell in love with Toga because of her smile (I know I sure did) so seeing this deeply hurt but I am happy that she was understood until the very end and props to Ochako for really being a hero that tries to make anyone she wants to save smile (Stain would be proud). I don't know if Himiko could be brought back (don't think a human body can be drained with one device and not stop) but if she does, I feel like it would be fulfilling (also think Deku would have genuinely liked Toga because he is fascinated by all quirks, regardless of what they are. I feel like if they were placed in the same school or met each other in an earlier path they could have been close like he always jumps into fights and such and she would take some of his blood to issue blood transfusions)
Omg!!! I didnt catch that what she did for Ururaka would kill her! I thought Toga gave enough blood to keep her alive until help came and was still on the run! Oh noooo! I need to reread that chapter! We lost Toga!! 😭😭😭😭
This was absolutely beautiful...toga is a character that until now we only got little bits of info about and it's amazing to see her find her way through darkness and hardship just to realize it's too late and die happy...mha is a amazing Manga omg...
@@angellugo9993 Wrong because how come Miss Stabby Pants didn't done that for anyone else? Especially from the years running from the police??? @@avo5423 No it isn't because throughout the series Miss Stabby Pants has done nothing but kill and stab innocent lives and Heroes so Again it still counts as a easy way out regardless no matter how you look at it especially it still won't make up all the innocent lives and Heroes she's already killed and impersonated for her own selfish desires. There's still a perfect place in Hell for monsters like her
Toga wanted to take the life of ochako but in the end she chose to keep ochako alive. But i still think hawks will find a way to save her even if she is dying which is highly unlikely. I just hope toga will save more lives if she is a blood donor
If toya survives but toga dies, I'll be lowkey annoyed. Puting horikoshi's concerning female/male crippling/sidelining/killing character ratio, toga would play a way bigger role in reshaping hero society if she reformed, and could become a symbol/role model and encourage against ostricising taboo quirks or encouraging villains to have hope for a better system Not onlt that, but if we're being realistic, draining blood sounds wayy less fatal than turning into a frozen nuke bbq
@@spaghetti5914 Well they’re pretty much dead considering touya’s injuries are extremely more fatal than nighteye’s so much for that bowl of udon todoroki promised him like that’s gonna magically fix and heal up the damage and with Miss Stabby Pants, she already gave ochako all of her blood killing herself to avoid facing the consequences of her actions and realistically they both don’t deserve second chances and redemption because that needs to be earned not given so they deserved to die for the sake of others.
This honestly made me cry! A big part of me wished she was saved earlier, but for the sake of plot, this pretty much had to happen. If Toga doesn’t come back, then at least she got such a happy ending with Oroaka
Honestly.. I LOVED the idea of touch villains and heroes, Where PEOPLE with the range quirks had a social issue to separate, while Uraraka and Shigi reached out to people, where Toga was the same but further into the matter. Where the idea of them all, I love Uraraka doing the SAME as Shigi where the level is intimacy, as in her efforts leveling up her quirk was the WANT to reach everyone around her, and in that effort, it also matched her new realization of understanding and uplifting, just like Toga wanting to be, Ochaco wanted to understand. I SITLL HOPE her AND Stain get to find each other and for him to teach her. I WISH so badly he'll get to teach her how to handle the blood crave proper and Himiko teach Stain to open up like he learned to HIS hero and go further out to others who weren't living the life like Deku and Allmight, but have potential. THESE were the deepest thoughts I have worry over today.
This was so sad and unsettling, to think that villains have hearts, sometimes you just have to say something to make it click in their brains, the way Toga died was so upsetting but at the same time it was wholesome. She finally understood love the way it was meant to be, and she just wanted to live the way she thought was best. And now she didn't want to hurt the person she loved most, to be honest I thought I started crying. Because she sacrificed herself for Ochaco, I think Toga will now always live in Ochaco's heart forever.
Thats why MHA Is One of the best anime around. Character development, plot, sliding Doors that anyone could pass that make the difference between Hero and villain.
And with that, I'm not f*cking finishing the series. To know that someone was so damaged that when they were fixed it was too late. She was the only villain I tolerated/liked, and now she's gone.
I cant fathom on why they don't want to see toga live even if she's giving a blood transfusions to Ochako. Because from a perspective Himiko Toga is still a teenage girl, and im just like are we really going to go through with on killing a teenage girl off and she's only 17 years old.

Funny enough I bet if Miss Stabby Pants never existed (God I wish) what would be Ochako's purpose other than becoming a Hero for money to support her family??? It's just like Hinata from Naruto because what would be her purpose without Naruto??? Lol
Well Uraraka is more Deku’s hero than he is her hero. So we’ll see what happens in this finale battle. I think the kids will all converge to battle AFS once Deku wears both Shigaraki and himself down substantially from the maximum levels. Only so many people can get close to the fight without that.

Himiko Toga, a girl who tried to fill the hate and fear she was given with the love she never received, to a story that ends with a smile before laying down to rest for the final time
I just realized that the LOV trio are rivals with the heroes they sort of share similarities with, Shigaraki and Deku: one is quirk less while the other has a destructive quirk but both are shunned if they are approached or helped by a different person they would become the opposite of them now, Deku; if AFO helped him he would've become a villain Shigaraki/Tenko; if someone else other than AFO or Dr. Garaki he would've become a hero Dabi and Shoto: one was ignored while the other is being used as a tool, Shoto didn't become a villain because of his mother and he hates his father, but Dabi became one because AFO found him but he ran away and he learned he was forgotten, Shoto would've been a villain if not even his mother nor his siblings helped him while Dabi would've been a hero if Endeavour just paid attention to him and actually teach him how to handle his flames. Either way if someone actually learned Endeavour's abusive behaviour and helped the Todoroki family none of this would happen Toga and Ochaco: Ochaco has a great quirk but it's useless in combat she is also broke so she would've be a villain if it actually meant that her family can earn money again Toga she would've been a hero if someone actually helped her with her quirk
Toga is one of those tragic characters that you can relate to, and that part of you wish their story would end up a happy one. But sadly this time it didn't and it is heartbreaking, but at the same time a beautiful conclusion to her story.
Himiko Toga: The villain who died of blood loss to save a hero. A hero is willing to do anything to save others. Himiko Toga was willing to give Uraraka Ochaco her blood for the rest of her life. Himiko Toga is an example of a true hero.

togas death shows how fucked up the hero society really is, if you have a "villainous" or "weak" quirk the people treat you like trash, all thx to hero like all might who created the "rule" that only powerful quirks can turn you into a hero, and this who dont have them, are treated as trash, best example, bakugo, he is a bully , abuser and suicide baiter, but becuase of his powerful quirk he gets away with everythign, even at UA he gets away with everythign, if you ask me, the villains are doing the right think, destroying this entire fucking society, i am on the villains side but like all hero vs villain stories, the heros win in the end, even if they dont deserve it, makes me think about it if the creator of this anime/manga, wants a society like this, wher you cna get away with everythign if you are powerful enought
I was so happy to be that uravity was able to make it through to toga’s heart bring her joy to know someone really cares and loves her smile. But you know I was just thinking instead of her sacrifice what if they did stop the fight everything calm down and ochaco tells her that after she gets healed let’s both find midoriya and shigaraki because I know they both need our help
Kill off some of the best. Damn shame. Some of these writers had great opportunities for characters like Toga and throw them away for a few seconds of satisfaction.
I can’t believe that that Sadistic Vampire-esque villainess got the axe after saving Urakata by means of an extreme blood transfusion. Total bummer, man!
stabbing someone you love is just twisted and evil. now you would say shes the way she was because of her parents excuse but hawks parents were way worse but he was still a good guy.
The pressure on her to be "normal" took a huge toll on her and peoples reaction to her quirk and the rejection of society and her parents messed her up mentally, so she said f it all and embraced her true self whether people like it or not. I think all she wanted was to be loved and accepted but got it too late... R.I.P. 🌺
She was just a really damaged girl who was so messed up that she didn't know what was right or wrong or up or down with her actions or the way she could love people plus people always talked about how she looked and smiled so she wanted to become other people that she loved instead of being with them which I get it becoming someone you loved me they can never leave you but at the same time you're killing them to become them and giving her personality I understand that this was the only way it could end💯😭😭😭😭😭😭
I-I’ve never heard that sad of a story but this is so cute and so true of the characters in this story and I met I would do the same thing for uraraka after the words she said ❤
Toga's story is one of a child abuse survivor, who normalized the abuse she face and believed that hurting others was the way to show love. That's why her redemption was so satisfying, even though she died. She finally was able to show love the right way. By saving the one she loved, not hurting them.
Himeko is a hypocrite plain and simple. If she really believed hurting other people is a way of showing love she should have no problem with Magne, Twice or herself getting killed
If another person with her mindset showed up, she’d throw the biggest hissy fit while holding everyone unrelated accountable while crying she shouldn’t accept any responsibility for her own actions
The creator finally confirmed that she was a lesbian.
lol, Toga's story is a powerful one.
@@Rat-Voice Well she’s actually Bi lol

Shes the definition of "I can fix her" but they only realized that too late.
That's what happen when the world deny your very existance and dont give u a chance to be yourself
I want to imagine a universe where Toga was a living blood bank. She could quite easily just save lives by becoming them and donating their blood back to them. Truely a tragic tale
this may have been reality for toga if her parents had more then 1 brain cell between them.
Here is an idea for how Toga could be a living blood bank:
Toga could use her powers to transform into people who need blood transfusions.

That's yandere 🤷🤦
L TOGA BRO
ok but.... drinking ppls blood.. fuck no
Of course no one tried to understand her, nobody needs to understand insanity when they see it
Yep, Toga's arc is a powerful reminder of the importance of understanding and compassion.

All Toga wanted was a friend who understands her.

RIP Himiko Toga she's my favorite villain 😢

I nearly cried. This hurts my heart so much. Himiko Toga, you'll always be remembered.❤️
There’s no excusing what she did, no excusing the pain she inflicted nor the suffering she caused
But there is understanding that for as sick and twisted as it seems to the average, or in her words, “normal” person, it was still all out of love and affection
But maybe if she’d learned to give, rather than take, just like a hero, she could’ve found true love, she could’ve found happiness, and most importantly of all, she could’ve lived her own normal life
The system failed her, and it led to her becoming a killer, a villain, but she never wanted to be that
Just like Shigaraki, the world made her into a monster and expected an apology
And just like Shigaraki, she asked the simple question
“Why should I apologize for becoming a monster? Nobody ever apologized for making me into one?”
In her last moments, Toga found true love, she found a small form of redemption
As I said, it doesn’t excuse the pain she inflicted or the suffering she caused, but it does at the very least redeem her a little bit
Besides, just like Spider-Man and Aunt May taught us all
“If you help someone, you help everyone”
I think my reply got deleted
Basically, I think this is super important because it highlights that really, pretty much anyone could do horrible things like she did.
I don’t think some of the ppl in the comments really understand togas character
People keep saying she’s just pure evil but like most of us know it’s not the case, her way of showing love and affection is twisted from her quirk. So all for one guided her down an even darker path since as a literal teenager who’s brain is still developing she was groomed to be that way on top of her original mental differences
Toga saving ochako was huge for her character even if she died without facing much consequences, since we all know she loves ochako.
Not whatever shit-show "therapy" Toga was put into.
showing love by hurting someone you love, no
She still did everything she did.
Toga is one of the few characters with a depth of personality in My Hero Academia. Shame she died as it makes the series so much blander.
This is why Toga will be my favorite league of villains member, seriously she is amazing.
This hits even harder now that it actually came out
I feel like toga was misunderstood by some of the fan base and the people in the show of my hero academia, because of the life she lived and how people didn't like her the way she was. 😭😭

I’m so glad the manga has rendered sarcastic Chorus take from 1 year ago about uraraka being ruined completely obsolete.
I know that Toga is not dead, they already said it mmhe
WAIT RLLY ?
That was perfect!! Thank you so much!! 😭🙏🏾💓
That "I love you" hit different.
I wonder what the next generation of heroes and villains will be like when the originals become pros..
Ngl I would have wanted to see Toga kiss Uraraka before she died so it would make it a sad romantic ending.
@@Rat-Voice the same as the old one, thinking they can get away with everythign jsut because they are powerful, making sure the "rule" that only this with powerful mattle like quirks can become heroes and this with " weak" or "villainous" quirks are treated like trash, best example Bakugo, this guy does not deserves to be called hero, a bully, abuser, suicide baiter, but gets away with everything jsut because of his powerful quirk, "heroes" like him are the reason why there are so manny villain, if a child with a "villainous" qurik get told his quirk is evil and be only used for evil, this child will become evil msot of the time, the society is the one who creates the villains
I feel so bad for toga.. her quirk didn’t deserve her, she could’ve been a nice girl 😭 its so sad how dekus danger sense didn’t see her as a threat as well omgg
Clearly these three are the best girls in mha it's sad to see them fight, but in the end at least toga was happy to make that one true friend rest in peace.
With Toga gone I think Ochako has served her purpose
Funny enough I bet if Miss Stabby Pants never existed (God I wish) what would be Ochako's purpose other than becoming a Hero for money to support her family??? It's just like Hinata from Naruto because what would be her purpose without Naruto??? Lol
Well Uraraka is more Deku’s hero than he is her hero. So we’ll see what happens in this finale battle.
I think the kids will all converge to battle AFS once Deku wears both Shigaraki and himself down substantially from the maximum levels. Only so many people can get close to the fight without that.
@@lafaetah Could have but never did besides there's literally a video that says "How Naruto ruined it's female characters" so again what would be Ochako's purpose without Izuku and Miss Stabby Pants other than to become a Hero to support her family???
@@lafaetah I thought so 😒
@InvestedGman "i thought so" oh, oh im so sorry on his behalf that his whole life isn't just hot takes on youtube comment sections, i cant believe the audacity he has to actually have a life
Himiko Toga, a girl who tried to fill the hate and fear she was given with the love she never received, to a story that ends with a smile before laying down to rest for the final time
I really hope Toga is alive.
I just realized that the LOV trio are rivals with the heroes they sort of share similarities with,
Shigaraki and Deku: one is quirk less while the other has a destructive quirk but both are shunned if they are approached or helped by a different person they would become the opposite of them now, Deku; if AFO helped him he would've become a villain
Shigaraki/Tenko; if someone else other than AFO or Dr. Garaki he would've become a hero
Dabi and Shoto: one was ignored while the other is being used as a tool, Shoto didn't become a villain because of his mother and he hates his father, but Dabi became one because AFO found him but he ran away and he learned he was forgotten, Shoto would've been a villain if not even his mother nor his siblings helped him while Dabi would've been a hero if Endeavour just paid attention to him and actually teach him how to handle his flames. Either way if someone actually learned Endeavour's abusive behaviour and helped the Todoroki family none of this would happen
Toga and Ochaco: Ochaco has a great quirk but it's useless in combat she is also broke so she would've be a villain if it actually meant that her family can earn money again
Toga she would've been a hero if someone actually helped her with her quirk
She's my favourite character, very sad to hear about her death. o7
someone might come to save them in time👀
"The i love you" made me cry poor toga she just wanted to be loved 😢
Uraraka's awakening was so deserved. Glad she got the power up.
Toga is one of those tragic characters that you can relate to, and that part of you wish their story would end up a happy one. But sadly this time it didn't and it is heartbreaking, but at the same time a beautiful conclusion to her story.
I’ve bin waiting 1 year for this!
Wow, that story was big sad.... I am definitely crying in the club, rn.
Himiko Toga: The villain who died of blood loss to save a hero. A hero is willing to do anything to save others. Himiko Toga was willing to give Uraraka Ochaco her blood for the rest of her life. Himiko Toga is an example of a true hero.
I’m already broken 😢 she’s gone
I kinda loved toga. She was the crazy type of villain but she died saving a hero. Kinda like a hero 😭
Holy crap imagine if toga actually heel shifted she would definitely fight against shigaraki for deku lol
I'M NOT CRYING! YOU ARE! 😫😭💔❤️🔥❤
No….. toga…TOGAAAAAA😭😭😭😭😭😭
Reason:she’s my fav character and now that she died also in the show I had start crying when my sister said “the episode of toga died is here now”then I froze 1 like = rip toga😭😭😭
Keep it up on your work and this video and channel
I love this video and channel
Thanks you for your video and channel
I love my hero academia All franchise
Thank god i drop this manga arcs ago
Yeah it's trash
Toga is just absolutely misunderstood even though she just wanted to be a nornal girl have a normal life
The fact when Toga realizes she could've saved lives at the end is heartbreaking...she didn't have to be a killer like this...
My heart couldn't take this I'm bawling my eyes out on my bed now😭
I’m crying dawg. I don’t even wanna finish the manga. These two are the OTP. The whole reason for the show.
“..You think I’m cute..?”
“… jitsukski hante: Murasaki”
**B I N G**
togas death shows how fucked up the hero society really is, if you have a "villainous" or "weak" quirk the people treat you like trash, all thx to hero like all might who created the "rule" that only powerful quirks can turn you into a hero, and this who dont have them, are treated as trash, best example, bakugo, he is a bully , abuser and suicide baiter, but becuase of his powerful quirk he gets away with everythign, even at UA he gets away with everythign, if you ask me, the villains are doing the right think, destroying this entire fucking society, i am on the villains side but like all hero vs villain stories, the heros win in the end, even if they dont deserve it, makes me think about it if the creator of this anime/manga, wants a society like this, wher you cna get away with everythign if you are powerful enought
Thats the problem in mha. Their perspective of what is concidered as "good" are selfish.
@@GaionSputro yeah like i siad, best example is bakugo and endeavour
Honestly, I hope kurogiri will somehow either merge or divert from shirakumo I like them both and want to see them fight as 2 in this war
Nah I prefer this version
Kill off some of the best. Damn shame. Some of these writers had great opportunities for characters like Toga and throw them away for a few seconds of satisfaction.
Remember Horikoshi is known for faking characters deaths. Toga hasnt been seen since. She could hypothetically still be alive.
i hope she doesn’t die
This whole time watching this, I had Tears in my eyes.
Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry.
To late
You cried. Stop the cap. We all did. 😂❤
I am crying and I've watched this video 3 times and I still am
I can’t believe that that Sadistic Vampire-esque villainess got the axe after saving Urakata by means of an extreme blood transfusion. Total bummer, man!
>>> this was so heartbreaking >> I've never cried like this before 😭😭😭😭
MCDONALD'S worker to a sad ending
I... wasn't expecting to feel like crying today... but here we are...
sobbing like a freakin baby . . . that shit hurts
stabbing someone you love is just twisted and evil. now you would say shes the way she was because of her parents excuse but hawks parents were way worse but he was still a good guy.
Excellent work on this video!
The pressure on her to be "normal" took a huge toll on her and peoples reaction to her quirk and the rejection of society and her parents messed her up mentally, so she said f it all and embraced her true self whether people like it or not. I think all she wanted was to be loved and accepted but got it too late... R.I.P. 🌺
6:47 Toga got that Storyboard sideways ah face
She was just a really damaged girl who was so messed up that she didn't know what was right or wrong or up or down with her actions or the way she could love people plus people always talked about how she looked and smiled so she wanted to become other people that she loved instead of being with them which I get it becoming someone you loved me they can never leave you but at the same time you're killing them to become them and giving her personality I understand that this was the only way it could end💯😭😭😭😭😭😭
I knew there was a reason I always loved her.
I-I’ve never heard that sad of a story but this is so cute and so true of the characters in this story and I met I would do the same thing for uraraka after the words she said ❤
