In my mind, this is the Earthless equivalent to SRV’s Live at El Mocambo. A mind blowing tour de force. This video was my first exposure to Earthless, and still my favorite.
Cranked Marshall, Fuzz and Strat is all you need...people make it complicated these days chasing the tone but here it is, plain and simple, Isaiah is amazing. Power trio at best!
I was there. Definitely in the top 5 I've ever seen in my life. As a drummer, I've never seen a drummer exert so much energy in one set. Mario truely blew my mind. So glad it was captured.
say what you want about the mars volta, but jon theodore doesn't fuck around, but you wanna talk about exerting energy check out Zach Hill. He played on an Omar Rodriguez Lopez record or two as well
God damn there's no words for how awesome this band is. I first heard Earthless about five or six years ago and jesus christ they just get me so hyped everytime I listen to the point where they were like my go to bicycle/workout music. But it's also great for burning a fat one and just jamming.
I have listened to this consert now for like over and over and every time I say to myself - this is music, this is how music should sound. I can't get over the feeling of how excited I get lisening to this. Fuck this is so great it makes the china wall look significant.
It's a travesty when you see loves young dream ( Take That ), talentless shit that they are, and Mono Direction earning the adulation of musically minded morons. Earthless should be hailed as the greatest rock band in the world.
In interveiws that's exactly what the band says happens, they've been jamming together so long that they can tell by body language when to change it up.
Never even heard of this band b4 and accidentally stumbled across this video and decided to give it a listen based off of how this guys strat looked on the cover photo of this video b4 you click play.... and I was completely hooked the whole time. I was expecting this band to be like a sleep/high on fire sludge slow band but that first jam song they played was badass and the whole band is awesome but their guitarist absolutely killed it. Will def look into this band now lol 🤘🏾
It was a Sunday night, it was a blizzard outside, and a whole lotta folks showed for a band that was pleasantly surprised by the turnout. What a show and probably one of the best Earthless shows captured on film.
This is definitely the best Earthless performance I've seen on youtube. Not just the solid audio quality, but the energy of Isaiah, Mike, and Mario here just absolutely fucking slays from start to finish. Cheers
Well damn. Just hearing these guys for the first time. Kick ass. Just goes to show, in my opinion all the best music comes from 3 piece bands; Slift, All Them Witches (the current configuration) and of course Rush...
Great job on this video Sam!! Glad you captured one of the best shows I've ever seen and it was six feet away from our faces that night!!! It was cool meeting them too. Great musicians. -Alvin
Real good, the band scorched both in the studio and onstage. Isaiah Mitchell sure could rip on the axe - one of the best and most underrated guitarists.
This is utterly captivating and completely brilliant. I came here via the band Elder whom I totally dig. I reckon you guys are even better. Superb. Now... Come and play Dublin. :)
EQD brought me here. I've been getting into the weird sounds of Nick Reinhart and Tera Melos, but I think Earthless is much more my thing. Those Hendrixy riffs and spacey jams are much more of what I did years ago. I like this band a LOT!
So nice to find a NEW band to love! Giving into the temptation to compare they have alot of Trower~ness going on, , a very GOOD THING! Really wonderful!
If everyone who viewed this donates $1 we might be able to buy new ears for the person who gave it a thumbs down.
i think we could use that money to buy an actual camera for the person who recorded this
We’d have to buy that person a new soul, and then who knows even then if they’d like it. The camera sounds like a better option.
Well, now unfortunately for us we need to buy new ears for 20 people!!!
Awww...you don't know how to play a Strat.
Many people can shred nice, but the otherworldly jams of Isaiah are just on another level. a guitar god period
If you ever want your face melted, see Earthless live. Isaiah Mitchell is a fucking guitar god.
How could anyone possibly dislike this?
Too intense for all these ppl who have no idea what real music is..!
i love this, but can understand if some people don't.
dude, these guys can't be human, man you would have to be stoned immaculate to write music this good!
They're like the best of Hendrix, Cream, Sabbath and Zeppelin all rolled into one badass band!
You forgot Trower.
Check out Samsara Blues Experiment
Ебаный насос как же ахуительно

I'm absolutely blown away by these dudes, well fucking done.
First listen to this particular video...OMG THAT SOLO IN ULURU!!!!
I was there. Definitely in the top 5 I've ever seen in my life. As a drummer, I've never seen a drummer exert so much energy in one set. Mario truely blew my mind. So glad it was captured.
John Theodore from the Mars Volta or for something more local (Santa Rosa) yet Casey Dietz from the Velvet Teen.
What Doth Life bleh mars volta......
say what you want about the mars volta, but jon theodore doesn't fuck around, but you wanna talk about exerting energy check out Zach Hill. He played on an Omar Rodriguez Lopez record or two as well
Catch oh sees live if you like energetic drumming
That Strat sound is out of this world...what sorcery is this
Musta Krakish electricity
Holy grail Strat tone 2.0
He has a rig rundown, but it's really just some fuzz and delay. But the main ingredient is the treble booster.
One of the greatest bands Ive ever seen...and easily the loudest show I've ever been too. Earthless fucking crush it every show!!
Jimi Hendrix is dead, so thank you God for giving us Isaiah Mitchell.
Epic drumming cardio insanity...the dude is a fucking organic masterpiece!
As a guitarist drummers amaze me. This guy is a machine.
One of the best guitarists I’ve ever heard, flat out.
Listen to their July 19th, 2013 show and that'll cement it for you
How ANY of their shows get a thumbs down is so fucking beyond me. Are you not entertained!!??? This is pure emotion, electrified! Some people, man...
This should have a billion views. at least.
Sick. Can't stop listening.
+Veronica Serrano marry me?
@@DazReht now kiss

Uluru rock is sacred to me!!
Isaiah Mitchell is a God! God damn can he shred.
Earthless leaves me speechless
Fucking brilliant. Minor pentatonics or elsewhere this shit is deep.
Uluru Rock forever!!!!!!!!! Love Earthless for over a decade now!
this is the greatest video ever recorded
holy shit...i just fell in love all over again....damn you guys fu**ing rip!!!! Whiskey drinking, ass kicking good.
This performance (and band) is just so great its silly. Holy hell.
They play on a high and sophisticated level. That's what I call music, just fantastic!
I hope they come on tour to Berlin some day.
Desertfest 2019!
I have listened to this consert now for like over and over and every time I say to myself - this is music, this is how music should sound. I can't get over the feeling of how excited I get lisening to this. Fuck this is so great it makes the china wall look significant.
great band isiah mitchell must be one of the most under rated players out there monster licks
Couldn't get into Phish Saturday. Turned out to be a good thing, because I went and saw Earthless instead.
You dodged a bullet there. Phish......fucking lame noodlers.
I'm a fan of each, they're both great in their own ways
These guys have been "Hendrix Children" for over 10 years brother, they arent coming, they are HERE!
I have no doubt that were Hendrix alive and at this show he would have felt quite at home jammin with these guys.
I love these guys
they're surely one of my all time favorite bands.
Just awesome as fuck !
Give me one reason why shouldn't this godly triumvirate shouldn't be playing at Wembley Stadium in front of 100,000 stoned audience.
One reason: They don't appeal to the forced fed masses that consume musical mediocrity as their unholy, brain dead diet.
Because classic rock has already been done.
Trust me thats a good thing.
I ve watched them live, and believe me:thats not a goddam reason.
It's a travesty when you see loves young dream ( Take That ), talentless shit that they are, and Mono Direction earning the adulation of musically minded morons. Earthless should be hailed as the greatest rock band in the world.
Rock will never Die!
Jesus! holy hell on earth - Jimi would be proud!
Can I just add that this was brilliant? What a band,
Amazing show, thx for posting. It's like they can read each others minds when they play.
In interveiws that's exactly what the band says happens, they've been jamming together so long that they can tell by body language when to change it up.
Wow this Band is AMAZING !

Welcome! Be sure to check out their albums Live at Roadburn, and the easy-to-miss Live in Guadalest, and especially Sonic Player Jam. All here
One word: Goosebumps!
It was a Sunday night, it was a blizzard outside, and a whole lotta folks showed for a band that was pleasantly surprised by the turnout. What a show and probably one of the best Earthless shows captured on film.
Just discovered these guys.im hooked.these guys know how to jam
Isaiah Mitchell is such a badass guitarist. One of the best still around today
Multiple eargasms.
Fantastic !
This is definitely the best Earthless performance I've seen on youtube. Not just the solid audio quality, but the energy of Isaiah, Mike, and Mario here just absolutely fucking slays from start to finish. Cheers
Agreed. Then next comes the First D.C. Appearance
I'll check that out!
So utterly impressive. I really love this band.
Earthless is a real super-group - awesome footage, thanks Alex at the Cactus Club! Thanks for uploading Sam!
I LOVE THIS BAND AND CAN'T GET ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!
Sack Whippin’est intro to a set EVER!!!
WOW! Something special here!
Best live band ever.
🎉
I'm hearing alot of Trower meets early Sabbath in this...and thats a good thing!
Absolute magic.
god damned! Im in love with this stunning and breathtaking band!
This kicks so much ass
I feel every single tone when mitchell is switching between those neck and bridge pickup in 3:45
Outstanding
This is my resting place for many days ...awesome music man !!!
This has just blown me away....... Awesome stuff!
13:31 i was in the zone and then I saw these jazz hands creep up on screen
Hahaha, same here.

Pure bliss... Never heard them live, so glad I'm seeing them for real in 2 days!
Well damn. Just hearing these guys for the first time. Kick ass. Just goes to show, in my opinion all the best music comes from 3 piece bands; Slift, All Them Witches (the current configuration) and of course Rush...
This is tight with evil guitar. Top class!
...and on the 3rd day he created Earthless.
Satan do it
Dude, they created themselves, they didn't need gods land, that's why they're earthless
Good Lord it looks like you guys are having a BLAST! That fingerwork on the guitar...amazing. You could have been a violinist.
This is fantastic! Best I've heard sine Jimi Hendrix.
Hear the led zep influence at 46:49 from the solo of dazed and confused
i was going to comment the same thing, sounds like part of the live MSG dazed and confused solo...so sick
They sometimes cover Communication Breakdown as an encore. They also do Groundhogs Cherry Red as an encore.
Excellent improvisers!!!!
That strat's tone
this is so fuckin awesome
Great job on this video Sam!! Glad you captured one of the best shows I've ever seen and it was six feet away from our faces that night!!! It was cool meeting them too. Great musicians. -Alvin

Thank you for filming this--amazing job capturing one of my favorite bands.
This is utterly captivating and completely brilliant. I came here via the band Elder whom I totally dig. I reckon you guys are even better. Superb. Now... Come and play Dublin. :)

faaaaaack ..wooow ,, what a great jam
So nice to find a NEW band to love! Giving into the temptation to compare they have alot of Trower~ness going on, , a very GOOD THING! Really wonderful!
Fuckin unreal. Hendrix's spiritual successor. Beyond magnificent.
A little too far perhaps. Good band, but no hendrix.
Hendrix would be proud.
I wish Hendrix could have seen and heard this. Imagine thus guy with Les Claypool!
