I think IGAD wants south Sudan to have peace again, but countries like the USA and China who have their own interest in the country do not want it to have peace because they gain a lot from it while it is in a period of turmoil.
Dr,u know our pipo in ug,most of them are in villages and they listen to yo program, and they don't have smart phones those who have it they can't afford data as u know.
