As a Liverpool fan, I would prefer Antonio Silva than Yoro, but can someone who's watched both say what they think and who has the higher ceiling? From the stats, looks like Silva has the better numbers, but he is playing in one of the 3 best teams and in a league with worse forwards (maybe overall quality of the league, but it's arguable) and also is 2 years older.
Also, not sure if they play as the left sided CB where we probably need someone that can cover for VVD and potentially replace him in few years time if he drops off (he's 33 years old after all). Both should be in the 40-50 million mark, not the 60 - 80 million that Benfica or Lille expect, but it is what it is. I would be happy if we get either of them or maybe someone like Pacho, Inacio, Colwill.
No António Silva will be a flop
A.Silva is slow and doesn't play a high line like Liverpool . Liverpool need a leftfooted cb that is very fast and can defend 1vs1 in wide areas also can play lb . And that's the reason we are after pacho rather than A.Silva , Todibo and Colwill . And pacho cost us cheaper than other young cbs . Do some research about our scouts first lad .
@@NirmanBikramGaire Yes, you are right, but apparently there is a interest in Yoro as well, so that's why I make the comparison with Silva and was wondering who you rate more.
And isn't Colwill left footed CB that can also play LB? I get that maybe there are better options, Pacho is faster, more suited to be LB and could be our guy, so I guess we'll wait and see, but Hincapie (probably unattainable), Inacio, Hancko or Colwill won't be bad options too.
