I like using the fire strategist armor against the broodmother since it's tankier and you still get an army of ants to take care of the broodmother summons.
If you have summon thorns on a trinket that could work well as well. They could provide a good distraction when you need to heal while still applying constant dps.
@@Armchairtuna717 I have a science cone with summon crit and samurai on it. I'm not sure 1 trinket with summon crit is worth it compared to 1 trinket and 3 armor pieces with summon crit.
Revisiting? The last video you made recently with this build was after they made their final update 1.4.2 for the game so nothing has changed. There are no more updates.

Was planning on going into ng+1 soon so I might have to try this out
If you havent already the higher the NG+ you are the better the build gets since the bosses do more damage and reflect that damage onto the bosses
I deserve to be this op the armor weapons and new game plus level are a big grind itself
