Final Girl - Inkanyamba vs Adelaide in Sacred Grove - Full Play Through Session

Final Girl Session number 4, this time going up against a Killer that uses the powers of the Gods to seek vengeance on those that desecrate his sacred lands! Classic doing the wrong thing for the right reasons, right? Well, I guess not when we are on the ones on the sharp end of whatever deadly blades this wild dude is wielding. Here's hoping dice rolls are in my favorite today, because I have YET to actually beat this scenario.
With that said, I'm still putting in Adelaide's unique weapon. Mainly because I've come accustomed to using them for the other girls, and I want to keep it up. Speaking of adding things, I can't WAIT for Series 2 to come so I can check out all the awesome new stuff that has to offer and see what I can add to my other upcoming Final Girl games!

I find this villain to be the hardest to play against, really tough. Think its the least fun also. Well done beating him.
I don’t quite remember the full play through, but I know I got REAL lucky with it. I’ve lost the most times with that killer/location combo, it can be super brutal if those wrath meters get up high too fast. Definitely my least favorite of series 1, but still a fun challenge.

when you rolled 2 successes on your sprint at 25:23, you could have just taken that victim with you out of the Burial Grounds into the center space and then still grabbed the one victim from the center space and actually rescued them both right away. Rather than backtracking to the Burial Grounds. Ironically, you did waste a movement, lol.
Lol whoops! Yup, after rewatching that, definitely could have save 2 people instead of backtracking and “waisting the movement” 😅 What can I say, when you’re in the heat of the moment, silly choices are made. Looking back on it now, there are LOTS of things I could have done differently, but it is what it is 🤷🏼♂️
@@homegamerdad You did really well keeping the rules straight and doing all the extra stuff you have to do with this scenario. It just made me chuckle specifically because you were like I'm not going to waste my movement! It's a... let's say "tough" scenario, and quite frankly I most just find it frustrating instead of fun because you frequently just get your turn skipped or have very little time to do anything. And you end up just spending most of the game resolving killer turn +all the extra stuff that happens at the end of upkeep phase from events/dark powers. Glad you pulled out the W 😊
I believe @ 1:01:00 the Divine Wrath should have gone up again. It was unleashed by the finale, losing a time and increasing Divine Wrath by 1. Which you did. But then the finale says to increase the Divine Wrath by 1 again at the end.
Yup, you’re right. I increased it once due to effect and my brain was like “okay, that’s enough wrath for this turn” lol. Not sure if that effected too much for that part of the game, but still makes you wonder. Butterfly effect, one small change could yield a totally different outcome 🤷🏼♂️ Either way, good catch! 👍🏻
At 15:42 should the Terror have gone up when you moved the Killer Wrath up one?

@@homegamerdad I was actually pretty shocked when I got to the part of the Inkanyamba where it revealed that little detail. It is fascinating which of the final girls have a history with the killers.
According to the online errata and clarifications, the beginning bloodlust level is 0. 😊

I really like using them, adds a bit of my own flair to the video. A blood splatter here, bone chilling scream there, just some fun ways to elevate the Final Girl experience 😬
