As a Jazz fan, I’m happy to see Gobert finally getting recognition for the fact that he can guard fine on the perimeter - obviously he’s not great, but he’s above average for a center. Everyone blasted him for the Terrance Mann game, but I watched the entire game. Freaking Reggie Jackson was absolutely cooking Donavon Mitchell and the other Jazz perimeter defenders on every iso drive, so Gobert either had to allow an open layup or Mann three, and unfortunately Mann had the shooting game of his life
Wemby is the rebirth of Chamberlain, Luka is the reemergence of Bird and Edwards is the second coming of Jordan.

I don't see any resemblance between Luka and Bird other than that they're white and slow. Just being an oversized guard doesn't make you a combo forward. His player comp is clearly James Harden.

Not because of how good they are (and they are good) - but because of how bad Nuggets are right now.
Jamal Murray has been the worst player in Nuggets 1st string whole season. And that continued in the playoffs.
Kid came to the season out-of-shape, overweight, slow, completely unprepared. Then, of course, injuries ensued. He's regressed to a g-league contributor at this point.
And of course, cheap ownership and dumb FO didn't replace Bruce Brown and Jeff Green - so the bench is among the worst in the POs.

That Ant/Gordon iso wasn't a clear win for timberwolves, Gordon contested well it was a tough shot after a shifty dance, Ant was just so hot he made it look easy, but it was a tough play. Turn-around fade away plays Ant got over Murray and KCP were way easier shots for him.

@@Milan-qu5ut No one in the nba is ever going to stop superstars from putting up good numbers. They gonna have their games. Defense is a TEAM effort with personnel. Rudy having the team he does now MAXIMIZES what he can do on the court now. Jokic still dropped 32 in game 1 but if you watch the game you can clearly see how much more difficult it is. And that has to do with the entire team. Which is doubles point.....
