Irish market is very small and this year lot of companies are already started layoffs. This is not ideal time to come here and search job. Ireland is very expensive compared to UK. This country will only suit people already have a stable job and own house. People coming here with hope of getting job easily after masters should be ready to struggle to get a decent job and settle and no guaranty of getting a job.

@@_aidid Hi Aidid, Ireland is a nice country having said that, there are fair share of problems as well. Now coming to the job market, it definitely will not be a breeze when you start job hunting. Also, there is a general notion that Irish and EU citizens are preferred for management based jobs, people from other parts of the world do get jobs here but it definitely would be a struggle. There are 100s of success stories of people landing a job but thousands that don't land a job even after 2 years of PSW visa. Many of my acquaintances are still jobless and close to their 2 years PSW visa coming to and end. There is a an acronym for DBS locally where D is 'Desi', you can decipher the number of Asians in there and it's filled with them. I am just trying to give you the exact picture of what it is and the situation right now. So, unless you are financially sound and can handle things if it doesn't go as planned, then consider. If you are depending on pot luck you would be in for a deep shock. It's not rosy as it is portrayed on LinkedIn, by educational consultants, random TH-cam channels. Do your due diligence and weigh the odds before making a decision.
You might or might not land a job here, i just am giving you a clear picture of what the state of affairs are.
PS : The housing is a pain as well, unless you are ready to shell down 700-800 euro/month minimum, you will have to share your bed with another person. Now if you don't mind doing that, then you are alright. Paying that kind of rent for a single room where you'd potentially be sharing with 4-5 people talks about the standard of living.
Re-iterating, I am not trying to de-motivate you, I am seeing people struggling here. Make an informed decision.
      All the best.

You have to get a job contract or offer letter first then your employer or you have to apply for work permit, WP usually receive from Ireland government.

Does masters in business analytics or finance will come under critical skills as I'm planning for masters right after my graduation also does work experience matters as you said in one of your videos that even after 7 to 8 years of work experience people don't get a job does work experience really matter or one can get job after masters without work experience also ?

so far I know, yes. However being experienced it doesn’t mean will get ASAP because your skill is specific and to be matched first and also your pay grade will be higher than fresher. Therefore if you really pose demanding skills you may get it 👍🏻
