    📌Homemade Strawberry puree recipe🍰 :
    ❃Ingredients👌:
    100 g Strawberry
    25 g Sugar
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Cornstarch + 30 ml water for the cornstarch
    30 ml water for the Strawberry
    ❃Directions👌:
    Step 1: Add the sugar, lemon juice and the first 30 ml water to your Strawberry.
    Step 2: Put the mixture on low heat and mix until the sugar dissolves.
    Step 3: In a separated bowl, mix cornstarch and the other 30 ml water.
    Step 4: Add the cornstarch to the Strawberry mixture and stir until the mixture thicken.
    Step 5: Remove from heat and use when cool completely.
    📌Vanilla cake recipe🍰 :
    ❃Ingredients👌:
    550 gram Granulated Sugar
    600 g all purpose Flour
    5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
    2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
    9 Large eggs
    2 1/3 Cups Vegetable oil
    3 1/3 cups milk
    2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
    ❃Directions👌:
    Step 1: Preheat the oven at 180 C 🔥.
    Step 2: Mix all dry ingredients in bowl and sift.
    Step 3: Mix all wet ingredients with electrical mixer or stand mixer, mix them
    for 3 minutes or until they mix well.
    Step 4: Add the sifted dry ingredients and mix the batter for 10 minutes or
    until the mixture doubles in size.
    Step 5: Grease two (10 inch diameter) pans with butter and dust them with
    flour.
    Step 6: Divided the batter into your pans and bake them for 30 minutes or until
    the toothpick comes clean.
    📌Strawberry Buttercream recipe 🍰:
    ❃Ingredients:
    450 g Unsalted butter at room temperature
    200 g confectioner Sugar
    1/4 Cup of Milk
    1/3 Cup of strawberry puree
    ❃Directions:
    Step 1: Cut the butter into cubes or small pieces.
    Step 2: Add the butter gradually to your electrical mixer and mix very well until
    the color of your butter becomes lighter.
    Step 3: In a separated bowl, sift the confectioner Sugar to remove any lumps.
    Step 4: Add the sifted sugar gradually to the butter.
    Step 5: Add the straweberry puree and mix well, then add milk (1 table spoon each time) until you reach the wanted
    consistency (If needed).
