    Mistakes, there are no mistakes just room for individuality. Triptych or trifold who cares, it’s your work your creativity. If we followed along exactly then it wouldn’t be unique and that’s what each piece should be, the only one like it in the world, never to be repeated, never seen anywhere else. That’s what some people don’t get, you can’t make another exactly like it. It’s bespoke, made for one person only. Crafters are artists not mass producing machines and proud of it. 🎉🎉🎉✨✨✨😁

    What matters is it’s your way and it works. We are not making pristine books we are making junk journals. Hello Rachel never apologize for your way because I learned from you and it’s my way. My way isn’t perfect but all I show my journal to likes them.

    Thanks for sharing with us how you do your hidden spines Rachel, I used to use PVA for my journals (mainly covers) in a similar way to you but the more videos and tutorials I watched, the less I did them like that and moved over to using things like FabriTac and Art Glitter Glue. They all work just as well, if left long enough but PVA is definitely the cheaper option, so I think I will go back to using that as I have loads of it left over!!!
    I am currently using Art Glitter Glue in my Sugarbelle bottle but when it's done, I am thinking of watering down some PVA instead of buying more..how much do you water yours down by so it still sticks well but doesn't take ages to dry? (if you don't mind me asking!?) xx

    • @roxycreations679
      @roxycreations679  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I only put the tiniest drop of water in but I'm not sure you need to unless it's super thick. I did it because my kept clogging up but I think I had a dry bit in there as now it's flowing really well. Johanna Clough swears by PVA which is why I always stuck with it.

    • @MinxysStudioUK
      @MinxysStudioUK 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@roxycreations679 Thank you 😊
      I have always said that Art Glitter Glue reminds me so much of PVA, it smells exactly like it too!! It might just be a bit thicker!! ... I grew up with PVA at school and all throughout my scrapbooking days as a child and teenager, my kids have also grown up with PVA too and I've never had any problems with it!! - I like the Tombow glue that you have been using as well. I started out with a box of that before I found any of you guys and the JJ community, then all of a sudden people were saying it wasn't that great and to use FabriTac and/or Art Glitter Glue instead, so of course being a newbie, I did!!
      I think a little bit of experimenting with scraps and all the glues that I do have in my stash is in order so I can make up my own mind which one is best to use lol (it does make me smile to see you using a variety of them all in your videos though!) xx
