I had such a crush on Carol Burnett when I was a young man. Every Saturday night she'd come out in those Bob Mackie gowns and I thought she was so beautiful and funny. She'll always be my girl.
How I miss those days. Carol Burnett was simply an Amazing entertainer and her show was FANTASTIC...along with all the guest stars! So glad I got to see them.
It appears that most people get their feelings hurt very easily. Now we have to be 'politically correct' and all of that. I'm sure, for instance, someone out there would get upset about how they portray Egor with his hump back and the look he had on his face. The bad thing is that Carol Burnett would never have gone along with anything that would actually hurt someone's feelings. It was just the way we did 'comedy' back in the day. While I'll agree that no one should be made completely fun of, I just think we've gone too far with everything these days, even good ol' comedy. It wasn't meant to be taken that seriously. Another TH-cam video showed Cher on Carol's show. She played an American Indian. And Harvey played a overweight Slavic woman. In the comments section some got upset because of Cher playing the Indian because they felt she was making fun of American Indians. But yet, they didn't get upset over Harvey playing a funny Slavic woman. But we all actually know that Cher and Harvey would never 'hurt anyone's feelings'. Back then, we didn't see it as being 'prejudice', we just laughed and didn't make a big deal about it. We just saw it as comedy and not some way of making fun of people.😲😳😕
Boy! Dracula can be a "pain in the neck." He has such a "vein" personality. At least he's "winging" it. And Carol doesn't seem to be going "batty" over him. Well, "Bat's all, folks!"
Yeah, we did. We didn't take comedy so seriously as people do now. It's too bad you really don't see the sense of humor in this. Sure it's light comedy. But, to most of us in the comments section, we laugh and just remember the good old days. If you disagree, then I'm sorry that you didn't live in that time frame or realize that it was just clean old fun.😉
The real goal of every show was to make the other cast members break character and laugh. 😂
after all these years i'm beginning to realize what a comedic mastermind Korman was on this show.!
Harvey was always good in supporting roles.
Not only this show but also Mama"s Family... have you ever seen a really good movie he did with Tim Conway called The Longshot.,.I like it
Poor guy never had a chance when he was on stage with Tim Conway.
He was one of the most hilarious individuals to grace films/tv...brilliant timing and delivery...
Same with Carol and Tim !!
I have the heart of an 18 year old boy, it’s in my room upstairs. 🤣🤣🤣
As a child, I always enjoyed watching this show. I really enjoy seeing clips. Never seems to get old.
I didn't know at first that dracula was Harvey Korman. I love these people. Back when comedy was funny not filthy.
I didn’t either. That makeup was a little casket sharp.
The filthy stuff was more live back

what a sweet comment Daniel!
*Harvey Korman was great in the movie "Dracula, dead and loving it." He played Dr. Seward. The breakfast scene with Renfield was epic.*
I was born in the 90s and this is still hilarious. I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes. Nothing like the geniuses who performed in Carol Burnett.
Harvey almost lost it and so did Carol. So funny!
Just in time for Halloween month! Loved when Count Harvey cracked up...always funny! 😂🦇
😆🤣
How I miss those days.

Pure Genius!
"Igor, that's a no-no"
CAROL BURNETT MY FRIEND YOU WERE ABSOLUTE PROOF OF GOD SHOWING OFF ❣️❣️❣️
THANK YOU FOR THE MEMORIES ❣️❣️❣️
Lord, those were the days! Most of them gone now, but the Carrol Burnett regulars were just amazing.
Now, this is comedy TV.
They need to take a lesson nowadays .😂
I second that
@@lou6904 Great minds think alike.😉
I third it also

Yes! But I have the heart of an eighteen year old boy. I keep it in a jar upstairs.
They did so much with so little (props).
I remember has a child watching her show, with my siblings and family. loved it
Great writing and it’s been a lot of decades since seeing Pat Paulson!
If Igor was played by Tim Conway, this skit would have gone into overtime and been even MORE hilarious.
I believe Igor was Tim Conway Chris.
@@sylviacarlson3561 Take another look. It's obviously NOT him. Conway stands out.
Thanks, I was wondering about that.
Harvey Korman and Tim Conway. My favorites
This and “Rebecky” are my favorite Halloween-season sketches! 🧡🖤
Boy! Dracula can be a "pain in the neck." He has such a "vein" personality. At least he's "winging" it. And Carol doesn't seem to be going "batty" over him. Well, "Bat's all, folks!"
Well, you sucked that dry.
He better watch out for Wanda from In Living Color.
Honey, you need to get out of the house more.
Some might say your puns "Suck" but I don't
Great show. Bing back these shows!

❤ Harvey Korman
Thank you!
Halloween hilarity. 😂😂😂
Good Morning
They don't make shows like this anymore! It was great entertainment and everyone enjoyed this show! Not like the crap today on TV!
I'd never seen this episode
I love it!
Is this the first episode of What We Do In The Shadows?
This is a loose parody of Dark Shadows TV soap that was so very, very popular!
2:40 he coulda had a V8!

I don't even remember seeing this sketch.
yes.

Pat Paulson For President!!
mel torme as igor
No, Tim Conway. 🃏
@@h.calvert3165No, it's Mel Torme.
@@h.calvert3165 No actually it was Mel Torme. Post above confirms it from IMDB too.
@@h.calvert3165 no, it was actually Mel Torme.🙂
imdb has this listed as episode 24 if you try to look it up
Was that Pat Paulson as jr?
yes
Yes, a very funny deadpan comedian. Folks should look him up. He was hilarious.
@@macmcleod1188 I had his Presidential run bumper sticker.
@@johnparadox9429 I still have his presidential button somewhere.
Pat Paulsen as Drac, Jr., and was that, of all people, Mel Tormé, "the Velvet Fog" himself, as Igor??
😅❤🎉 Hilarious🧛♂️ 🧛♀️ Bleh Bleh Bleh 😂
😂😂😂😂
Jajajaja I have to
See this jajaja 😮
Igor, what happened to Renfield?
That should be Vincent Price.
Vincent Price as Dracula? Now that's a bloody disaster waiting to take a bite.
Harvey did an amazing job. Vincent was biting someone else.
Is that Mel?
I think so. IMDB says that this was from season 1, episode 24, and Imogene Coca and Mel Torme were the guests on that one.
Yes, that was Mel Torme.
BUWAHAHAHA 🤣🤪🦝👽🤪🤣
This was the best skit ensemble and show ever.
🤣
Funny so
...all the evils and television...
😹😹😹😹👍
lol
😂
Who is playing Igor?
Who is playing igor???
Tim Conway, of course.
@@surrealfarm no it was Mel Torme. But I'm sure that Tim would have made a great Igor too.🙂
