I did two different MQ5 set with your video. In same environment, both give different values. What can i do about that, what is the problem?

You can try leaving the MQ5 ON for an extended period to season the sensors

the arduino turns off when i plug the gnd to gnd and vcc to 5v pls help me

Check if you're Arduino is working. Then test your gas sensor. If your gas sensor, you might have to replace.
