I have actually been on a submarine, which wasn't in service. However I wouldn't want to serve on one, especially not during war time.

I've been in 8 or 9 subs around the US ( all American except one german) plus one of the ones at disneyland

No I wouldnt consider service on a sub. If I had to choose a branch of the military it would the Navy. I'd hope for a cruiser or a carrier.

Very interesting video.... My brother was on the USS Grayback SS 208. It was also missing until June 2019, until it was found near Okinawa... He was a radioman on that boat... Thank you again..
