This happened to me, I was facially disfigured right before I started college. It was from going over the bars of an ATV in the snow and hitting the snowplow blade with my face. I was missing the four middle upper front teeth and my lips were badly lacerated. It took four or five years to fully recover and I was missing those teeth during the recovery. I’ve been fully recovered for several years now with functional prosthetic teeth and I look and feel normal again. I relate to and empathize with what you’re going through.
