The homeless incentive is a project designed to document the revivification process and life store of some of the homeless people of Toronto and Canada.
We plan on documenting the life of selected homeless people every month and help them get from zero to 60 percent by providing them with clothes, housing and helping them secure employment or required social assistance.
Our belief is that it is more meaningful to give someone your time and help them better their lives rather than just drop a few dollar coins in a cup and pass them by.
