As always, it's splendid. Your creations have inspired me a lot since I started scrollworking. One question: You don't seem to use white wood glue for your assemblies. What type of glue do you use?
Hello, thanks. Glue I use is called "88 Universal", instruction: apply glue on both surfaces, wait about 10-15 minutes until the glue dries, squeeze the glued surfaces. In the USA similar glue is called "Contact Cement". The main advantage of this glue is that it is not squeeze out, because when you squeeze surfaces it is already dried.

Cutting took about 5 hours. It could be faster but this scroll saw (Proxxon ds 230/e) has not very comfortable blade changing.
