The Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Scranton hereby gives notice that it will conduct a public hearing at City Hall, 340 N. Washington Ave., City Council Chambers (2nd Floor) to consider, deliberate, discuss and/or take official action on any matter that may lawfully come before it and to consider and take action on the following applications.

I have to wonder if these people were all as upset over the Marijuana dispensary that is right there on Davis street now. Those drug addicts congest the entire area from the corner to Wendy's. They all have to get their "fix" daily apparently. What do these people say about them? It is a complete mess in front of that place EVERY DAY!
