"Create something today even if its sucks!" Is NOW added to my life quotes. I will always go by this.. I love the "....EVEN IF IT SUCKS." part. Dope work too! I like the style of letters!
Never would I have thought that lettering, or the process of lettering could be an experience and such a cool one at that. I like your work at a lot! Gave me one of those moments of discovery
That turned out amazing, man! I love it. And thanks for showing your process, especially the set backs. It shows that great art doesn't just automatically happen. It takes patience and finessing. Keep it up!
I think that your work (videos and posts) is good enough to inspire and motivate people that make lettering too who are afraid to show their work just because they think is not that good or perfect. I like the way that you explain the processes and all about make this kind of projects. Thanks for it. From Colombia, a big fan.
So amazing!! Thanks for taking the time to make a video tutorial, I’ve been curious about window lettering for a while. 🙌🏼 would love to see you do a wall mural next!
Chalk markers are the trick. I used to use acrylic paint on windows and I painted on the inside and lettered in reverse from inside. It was ok but if I knew about this method it would have been way better. Thanks for sharing this process. 😊
You are awesome!! I love this so much! Actually seeing it like this answers so many of the questions I've thought in the past. Thanks for taking the extra time to get every single part of the process!!
I find your stuff - inspirational - for all artists and creators - Yes Do it - be happy with your work and let the client be happy with your work - even if you know it could be better - because life is all about being better everyday - one will never live up to one's own need to be perfect.
Been following you for a while, even got a friend to buy me your book early when she went down to the states! (I'm up in Canada) - just love seeing your process step by step, keep it up :)
This helps SOO much! I’ve been doing prices for my local businesses but stay away from huge pieces like this because I didn’t know how to even approach it!! I’d love to see more of the pop up signs you do for businesses. Like the bar sign you did recently! Did you also do a barber shop sign too?? Anyway! I LOOOVE your channel!! 💗
Hey Stefan, great video! I am a comic writer and creator and I would love to see you letter an action page that specifically lends to lettering with its available space. Lettering is a big character in comics and I would be interested in seeing how your style could integrate into that specific medium. Keep up the good work man!
Awesome video dude! I was struggling about watching or not this video because the thumbnail, didn’t look so clickable for me but now I watched the video and I think I took the right decision 😂 Greetings from Guadalajara México 🇲🇽
I would love to see a video about how you go about presenting your work! I mostly just stick to working on paper right now, but have the toughest time setting up my space to photograph my work that will show it off the best.
Man this is awesome! Im gonna start writting on my window now haha Thanks for sharing this!! it's great to see the way different artists create their pieces :D
Loved watching this and seeing how talented you are. One question… why didn’t you use a bigger marker to fill in the larger areas in order to save time? I’m certain you have a great answer and I think I might know but hearing it from you will confirm it for me. Thank you. 🙏🏻
I loved this. I just painted a Tea Cottage windows, but flowers only. I will love to try this grid method for letters. What I pad should I get? I draw on pad itself? I wanted to know about chalk markers, thank you. Cant wait to see more if your videos. I have no idea what to charge. Can you help me with that. Thanks Cheryl
That looks awesome✌️ could you possibly do a video with tips for total beginners to lettering or someone who judt thinks this is really cool, but doesn't really has any idea on how to?
Hi Courtney! Yes I did. It's the easiest to wipe away and clean well. Maybe Securit Chalk markers that are permanent and only erasable with a certain spray... That'd be my best guess.
This is so dope! The chalk markers I've been using really seem to suck compared to these ones, but that's probably just an excuse on my end :p Loved your Hillsong podcast episode by the way!
"Never tell the client what you think is wrong with the piece..." Great advice!!!
