You're right. The signals appear as if they were punched out - like FM radio. The coaxial loop enhances the very good receiver. I'll be making a video soon in which I'll go into the construction of the MagLoop. Thank you! 73, Ralf
@@dl6urk88 Super. Vielen Dank. Ich freue mich darauf, diesen Ralf zu sehen. Der RGO steht auf meiner Wunschliste, seit ich ihn das erste Mal gesehen habe.
@@N4GW A few years ago I returned to amateur radio after 20 years of abstinence. The most exciting question for me at the time was, what do the new, state-of-the-art transceivers sound like? TH-cam had all the information I needed. The first listening impression? A shock for me. This is supposed to be the future? The SSB signals sounded clipped and with many artifacts to me. I bought the RGO One because it sounds like a transceiver should sound. You'll definitely have as much fun with it as your Ten Tecs ;) 73 Ralf
This is one of the very first RGOs with a 2,85 Khz custom SSB filter.
Excellent audio!
Thanks to Boris (LZ2JR) and my T+A loudspeaker ;)
Nice little radio. Did you try it in cw? 73 Remo ik1maf
Hi Remo. No, not yet... It sounds clear as a bell ... th-cam.com/video/IjEoJCDIjtg/w-d-xo.html
Is it the loop or the radio that makes the sound so excellent with no noise? Teach us how to make this incredible loop!

Is that the internal speaker?
The speaker is a T+A Talis TLR 1.
Wow, those are pricey
I am on the list with Boris for an RGO ONE. He told me I would get version 5+ with am upgrade PA card. But they won’t be ready until mid summer
@@N4GW You can only find the speaker used. Costs around 250 euros (pair).
