Hi! I’m Dexter, pastry chef/project manager @cloud nine and CEO of Pandesal N. Judah but now currently not opearated due to pandemic. I studied at Culinary Art Department Manpower Development . Then one day I started to vlog😊I want to share my ideas and my knowledge. I loved it ever since!
As my story suggests, I really enjoy being a pastry chef and I am keen to share the joy of baking with as many people as possible. Baking can seem daunting at first but as long as you take it step-by-step anyone can do it - even someone with no baking background like myself managed to become a professional pastry chef!
I'll try my best to include detailed explanations and tips in my recipes so that you will be able to bake amazing desserts. I aim to create videos that can be enjoyed by people at all levels - those who bake for fun as well as those who want to get more serious.

Good day sir, home baker po ako. NgTESDA din CAKE MAKING.First attempt ko gumawa pandesal. .thanks God nkgawa nman. Then napanood kita dahil nghanap tlga aq ng vlog na baker tlga. Ang ginamit ko margarine. Pero hindi un ang hinahanap kong lasa ng pandesal. Excited na ako na try ang recipe mo and update ako sa magiging resulta kitang kita nman na malinis lalo na your hands. Ginawa ko yan khapon using bread flour. At ang recipe ko ay 500 gms na flour lng. Tama ka chef. Ako ang mkakagawa ng sarili kong recipe. Kc konti na lng ang oil. Kya hindi ko nkumpleto ang 100gms kya ang idinagdag ko ang lard (50/50) di na ako naglagay ng vanilla. At yung ginawa kong mother dough na ginaya ko sayo. Pati pagbabaston nagpractice ako. Hehe feeling baker. Ang outcome "wow pandesal!" Mlambot na siksik khit wlang palaman. Thank you chef!

Bread flour pa rin talaga ang panalo kumpara sa APF. Marami na rin akong nasayang sa pagtuklas. Magandang idea ang na share mo bro. Kaya nga may apat na uri na klase ng flour_ bread, APF, Cake, at wheat, Mas maganda rin ang magtuklas ng technique sa pagawa at pagluto.

Ang problem ni burger hindi measurements proofing room ayaw nya my hangin.kahit proofing cabinet lang..din pag pabas nyo sa proofer kailangan pasok agad sa oven..kasi kukulubot cia.

Yeast..kailangan mung makabisado ang muna ang galaw ng brand ng yeast na gamit mu para maka adjust kana..kasi naka depende lahat sayo..sa room temp..sa masa mo at sa technique.
