I bought mine about 3 weeks ago. I usually find a 38mm too small for my 7 1/2 inch wrist, but this one looks great. Looks close enough to a mechanical watch. Mine runs +2 seconds a week. Love it.
Nice to see you back! I enjoy your vids! Im one of those people that, for some reason, just revolts at the snowflake hands and square hour indices. Really not sure why, but i just never liked the look. Definitely agree with you about the lume pip!!! As time goes by, I find I also prefer a bit of originality, even if its blended into an otherwise clomaged piece. Thanks for another good review!
Just in the last three years I've seen some big changes with these Chinese watches ,san Martin used to stand alone with it's finishing but nowadays they're all very very good for the cash ,cheers Dan.
Very cool. They are hands down my go to Clomage Brand. However, they started to go up market and charging more. If they go any higher in price, people are just going to buy San Martins. Just sayin’… thanks for the great review!
Never thought I'd say this but I'm coming around to the idea of quartz after so long owning just mechanicals. Never been a fan of the Snowflakes but the overall package seems like a bit of a steal here..
@watchmewithwatches Yeah, exactly that - pick up and go! Every year that goes by, I find something new to want to make easier and as much as I love the mechanicals, it's getting to be a bit of a drag 😉
What do you think about maybe posting a new mod video because there just isn't many out there these days with all these bargin watches available Anyways another great video my friend Be well and Keep em coming 👍
Good review, I'm not a Tudor/snowflake fan, so it isn't for me. The vh31 seems a great idea, but 3 of the 4 I have owned had minute hands that moved back and forth with gravity, on two they move 1/4 minute which doesn't notice much, but on one the hand moved 1/2 a minute! I think it is caused by backlash in the gear train and made worse by heavy hands. Either I'm unlucky or other people don't notice, because I've never seen a reviewer mention this issue.
Hmm, that's a tad alarming. Were all the offending watches different brands? Hard to think that Seiko would have such a design flaw but three watches seems way more than bad luck.. That would drive me nuts never quite knowing if the time was slipping.
@elone3997 It isn't that bad, the time keeping is unaffected, but if you gently rock to watch back and forth and look closely the minute hand moves. The hand is secure on the pinion, but the gears allow it to move about 1/4 minute. I only noticed the milder ones after I'd figured out what was going on with the really bad one.
Seems like we are not seeing you very often this year. I for one appreciate your work and look forward to seeing more this year!
@@res00xua I'm back in action! 4 videos this year already. Plenty more to come...

The glide lock clasp IS a bargain. It makes the watch so much more adjustable for comfort. A real positive in the summer!

Thanks Darren, I think that would be an interesting video, discussing how things have moved on in the last 4 years.

It's nice to have a few quartz in the collection, keeps things easy for those days you want to put something on without needing to set it first

Watchdives has been producing some bangers. If possible could you also take a look at the Watchdives WD79090, it's an homage of a retro Tudor?
TUDOR HOMAGE AND A LOT MORE ACCURATE THAN A TUDOR . MAYBE I SHOULD GET ONE 😮😮😮😮😮😮

Flat sapphire crystal is so much better than domed. I'm hoping 2025 is the year manufacturers wake up to this fact.
Too much wonga for a famcy quartz. By £40
39 waay too small for me like a ladies watc on my wrist
