This is the perfect home for multiple generations or a large celebrity family as it is located in Del Sol Valley in the Pinnacles neighborhood.
This large family house contains a main house as well as a guest house (that could be used for grandparents 😊) The main house has an open floor plan with a large living room, kitchen, and dining room, as well as a breakfast nook off of the kitchen, there is also a loft space at the top of the stairs that has another casual living area, and it has 5 bedrooms, one is the primary bedroom with it's own bathroom and walk in closet, there is also a toddler bedroom, kid's bedroom, teen's bedroom, and college student bedroom. The guest house has one bedroom with it's own kitchen, dining, living room, and bathroom. Outside there is a covered seating area with fire place and barbeque that flows to the pool and lounge area. There is also a sunken hot tub off of the pool. moving towards the front of the house there is a fire pit and a kid's play area with club house, swing, monkey bars, and sand area.

Hi! Love the build! How do you get those open areas that look down into the first floor from the second floor? When i try, it deletes the flooring from the entire floor, and the roofs get weird.
I fence of the section of flooring I want to remove and it creates a ‘room’ then I delete it and remove the fence. When I remove the fence the flooring comes back, but if I use the sledge hammer to delete it again it should only delete the ‘room’ area. As for the roof not cutting in, I usually have to play around with this. I pull the Eaves in on the side that would show through and I choose a thinner roof trim and it usually works
For the kids play house, which foundation is that?
It’s actually just built on the second story floor and I used columns as support.
hello, how do you do that kind of stairs?
When you place the stairs down you first need to decide how wide you want the stairs to be by dragging the arrows on either side of the stairs. Then you can turn the bottom half of the stairs by clicking on the Square Icon With the Arrows coming out of the sides. Once you turn the stairs you can mess with the direction some more with the semi circle with the arrows or you can adjust the height of each section by moving the double sided arrow (the one that looks like a barbell with cones on the end of it) I hope this helps!
