This house is heavily inspired by a house I found on houseplans.com, if you are ever struggling to build a home in The Sims I recommend checking out that site. They have a lot of different styles and I often go there for inspiration.
It is a large Modern Farmhouse with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a kitchen with pantry, dining room, two living rooms (one is upstairs), laundry room, garage with a workout room connected, and office that is perfect for a dream home decorator 😊 I have started filling Newcrest and plan on sharing the save file once I am done (this is only the second house so it will be a while). I'm still obsessed with white houses and black trim windows. I used a lot of items from the new game pack Dream Home Decorator. I had a lot of fun building this so I hope you like it! 🤍🤍
