Edwin is right. Lost ~25 lbs mainly by eating less, like a lot less. I used to eat way too much, snacking during the day because I was bored. Try to find other things to keep yourself occupied and your mind off food. I did go to the gym, put on around 10 lbs muscle in the first year. Stick with it and you WILL succeed. Also, if you feel hungry and you get those hunger pangs, just tough it out for 15 min and they'll stop bothering you.

About a year ago, right around this time, I know a guy who did everything right during the approach aka he portrayed his true personality effectively, got the number and everything. The conversation was smooth. So went wrong? From dumbass PUA theory, he got it into his head that he shoudln't text "right away" because it makes you look needy. Fair enough. But he waited a week. And the chick flaked when he finally did text her. This experience is not atypical. A good first text window (again, from my experience) seems to be anywhere from a few hours to around three days after the approach. You wait longer than that, they forget about you. Simple as that. Don't be so invested in just your look, but definitely look presentable. I'm just saying who you are is just as important and the nice clothes just elevate you that much higher.

You need a video on what kinds of suits and colors to wear to an interview like a black suit with a white shirt and black tie is boring, I want something a little different, still stylish but professional but not over done like a bright pink shirt with a super bright tie.
On the first date with my ex I wore a similar outfit to #1. It was a black leather jacket with a navy blue and gray Henley and I wore a light charcoal scarf (it was cold but it still looked dynamite) and a pair of black jeans and a pair of black Doc Martin boots. She wore a (for anyone who's curious) light charcoal gray dress, black leggings and heals and a black pull over.

I'm digging your ideas in this video, but I don't think the loafer is the only go-to shoe in this scenario. I've had many successful first dates wearing a sexy clean pair of converse or vans. The loafer might be casual, but for the coffee get-together in the day, it's a little much in my opinion.

I always liked watching your vids man. Gives me more ideas of what to wear. Thank you, Aaron. My favorite outfit out of all the four hands down is the 3rd outfit. Everytime I put it on I always rock it and own it with such confidence! I just love how it's so simple yet a really nice feel and clean look to it. Not to mention it's also very versatile! I can dress it down and be playful with a casual cool jacket or I can dress it up with a suit jacket or a blazer and my most favorite I can either put on a vest (I'm a vest guy) and rock the entire outfit. The third outfit is the BEST one for me. No contest. Simple but elegant look.

I'm digging your ideas in this video, but I don't think the loafer is the only go-to shoe in this scenario. I've had many successful first dates wearing a sexy clean pair of converse or vans. The loafer might be casual, but for the coffee get-together in the day, it's a little much in my opinion.

My favorite outfit out of all the four hands down is the 3rd outfit. Everytime I put it on I always rock it and own it with such confidence!
I just love how it's so simple yet a really nice feel and clean look to it.
Not to mention it's also very versatile! I can dress it down and be playful with a casual cool jacket or I can dress it up with a suit jacket or a blazer and my most favorite I can either put on a vest (I'm a vest guy) and rock the entire outfit.
The third outfit is the BEST one for me. No contest. Simple but elegant look.
It would be great if you did a video on how to coordinate your closet. I find it difficult to know what types of clothing I need to buy and what their uses are.
