High salt, depends on the type of salt you are consuming. Non polluted Himalayan, sea salt are good for you.

Maybe i have a blood low oxygen.. because my saturation is 68/ 98.. as you have said on your explanation is 75/100 is normal.. Last week Dec.3, 2021 we went to the mountain, and my blood pressure got high so i took a Losartan 100mg and later got sleep. And on 2nd day i am okay in the whole day, but in the night 7pm my bp was getting high..and its very cold there..that maybe i think bec of the cold..and i took losartan again at 7pm, then i tried to sleep but i cant.. and i feel shaking bec of cold and my bloodpressure reach 160/80 and my heart start fast beating and i took my Bisoprololo, and losartan again.. and later my boss gave me a DIAZEPAM drops and i got calm and slept well., then i went back down to the Milan City and i feel fine.. and it didnt happen that again after that day.. Bec of for how almost 1yr i am taking an Aspirin i reduce eating red meat and some dark vegetables for the aspirin.. 😂 my question is.. im i have an Hypoxemia? I start feeling this, only this Nov. 1, 2021 bec we had a party and drink aGreen tea and it gave me a terrible headache..the vains on my head really moves..my first time to feel this..😂 so i drink boiled garlic and losartan and became better, but for this whole month until now there is still a bit of pain..became sensitive..😂 and today while i am listening i wrote down all your message and i took my ferrous sulfate and tomorrow i will buy that green seeds of magnesium. Hope there will have no effect to my aspirin.. or else it will give me an headache.. 😂😂😂please help me.. its so hard to have a chekup here in italy..there are lots of referrals first.. 😂😂😂😂😂
