@@minikyle5748 had a hell of a time doing the pass side low beams and had to go up from the fender well. Tmrw im going to get the hi beams put in. Waiting til dark tonight to test em out

In the video you have 2 different brands of LED bulbs. One is Protekz and the other looks like a Sealight box. Just want to make sure I'm ordering the same things you installed? Your link is to the Sealight and you said they were the same brand in the comments. Great install video!

So I just bought some Allan lighting and I was able to install the low beams but the height beams won’t lock in place, where did you get your high beams ?

You are actually supposed to go through the wheel well. Saves your hands and wrists.
I see the link in bio. Do I need order 2 of these for high & low or do everything I need come in one box in the link you shared?
You’ll need two. Each box only has 2 bulbs.
What about fog lights that come on the pro-4x have you thought about them?
I don’t really use fog lights when I’ve had them on past cars. So haven’t really wanted to install them.

Been researching titan and tundra videos for a while now trying to pick a new to me truck. The titan definitely has the price advantage. Comparing Nissan apples to Toyota apples you can save 15k buying a Nissan. As a person who’s owned 3 Nissans over the years I’m liking the savings. But my wife has only owned 2 cars to my 8. Hers 2 Toyotas to my ford Nissan times 2 Mazda times 2 gmc Subaru dodge and a Jeep. These facts keep making me think maybe the tundra could be worth the extra price. Or it’s just I am fickle and always want something I don’t have.

Did you use the same manufacturer for your hi and low bulbs. The halogens are pretty dim, did these make a vast improvement for you at night
Yes used same company and much brighter. I barely use my hi beams because of how bright the low beams are.
@@minikyle5748 are yours 6000k?? I put 6000k in mine and it doesn't seem to light up the ground much

Honestly just bought whatever a quick google search brought me to. Might have the boxes somewhere.
How is the night vision now? Do oncoming traffic flash you at all? I work nights so really looking for bulbs that will be good and not get angry oncoming traffic always thinking I have highbeams on lol.
Honestly I usually don’t even turn on my high beams, the low beams are bright enough. Not one person has even flashed once yet.

@@Speedy-yx8th Not too bad. Most of the owners I know leased Pro 4-x’s for $500 a month.
@@minikyle5748 ok. I haven't own a truck since 1992 Ford Ranger lol. This seemed like an OK purchase since I can't really lease since I put over 18000 a yr just to work alone. Plus have a 5yr 100000 warranty vs competition seemed decent. So you liking the truck still? Do you get around the sticker fuel mileage? I know going from my car to this is gonna cut things in half for sure but I think ride quality will be way better and having 4x4 in these VT winters will help in snow. Thanks for any other input or advice you can provide.
@@Speedy-yx8th I Average about 16-19 mpg depending on how heavy my foot gets on the throttle. I love my truck. Has all the basic technologies in a base model trim. Only down side I’ve seen is no power mirrors, so you manually adjust them. Aside from that, no complaints.
So you don’t even need a led canbus decoder? We can just plug the lights in?
Yupp. Nothing else is needed.

How’s the led bulbs seal up with the housing any condensation build up ?
As long as you lock the bulb into the housing you’re good, there’s rubber seals around them. No issues so far.

If you get flashed a lot it’s not because they are so bright you need to adjust your headlights.
You wouldn’t happen to know how to adjust them? Because I keep getting flashed like crazy @jamesyers1975
Yet, the manufacturer wants to charge far more for LED's and generally brand them as "premium" options!
Take it from me. If you dont have super skinny arms, you are going to be doing the highbeams from the bottom up.

Ya it is a tight squeeze. Only other way is through the fender liner.
Had my wife squeeze her hand in there, no way I would be able to do it.
