From my POV, they hired the composers to fulfill a purpose and from what I'm seeing in all the reactions, its working - it's a catchy song. Those words are stuck in your mind and in KPOP, that's not a bad thing. It makes the song stand out from the crowd (let's face it, KPOP can be a slog sometimes), and it's fun to have an upbeat, catchy song. And based on their MuBank performance, they're true to form and singing live vocals with that difficult choreography and pulling it off like it's just another day in the life of OnlyOneOf.
yeah i think the song succeeded in what it wanted to do with flying colours! and i think it's quite different from ooo's usual stuff but i like that they're always willing to try something new! their vocals and mixing still make it feel uniquely them🤍 thanks for watching!
