Thelema gameplay is quite simple.
1# 3 Basic ATK & 1 Weapon to restore 2 Banquet Enjoyments and repeat doing that until Banquet Enjoyment is max.
2# At max Banquet Enjoyment, tap Basic ATK or Weapon to trigger Moment of Indulgence.
3#'Activate Astral Ring when it's available. Use Sena Phantom first then Ultimate & Moment of Indulgence, repeat 1# & 2#. Use another Phantom when it's available.
Note: The timing for the Astral Ring activation depends on the situation. You can activate it early if the boss doesn't have much HP. Activating Astral Ring can also trigger buffs from Sena and Coralie.

she's off-field support
Thelema can activate buffs from Sena without needing to switch to Sena

OKAY QUESTION SINCE IM A BIT CONFUSED FOR HER ROTATIONS
in the fight at 2:18, why do you never hold the weapon skill? Isnt it better or is it unnecessary?

HoV was actually my first fight using Thelema and I was testing her normal rotation 3 A 1 W
but yes doing 3 A 1 W hold W is the faster way to restore Banquet Enjoyment
In fact I didn't even realize rime trauma was from holding weapon skill until I fought Huodou.

So when you try to gain stack for her passive, do you just spam normal attack and that’s all?

Basic ATK SEQ 3 restores 1 Banquet Enjoyment
Weapon also restores one
u repeat that until Banquet Enjoyment is full aka 6
You can also 3 ATK, 1 Weapon and hold Weapon to restore Banquet Enjoyment faster
