Do you mean handel on kiana instead of iskander or handel on mei? If it’s about kiana then iskander set is absolutely better, check the set effect it gives huge buffs specific to HoO Iskander on mei might work but she can’t use the set effect

If you have some crystals left after you have finished pulling supplies this patch, you can try for the divine key. If not, prioritize other supplies like Vita, JDS and other supplies (excluding celebration supplies).

You’re better off getting Vita and Songque, Kiana is a great budget option but not recommended if you don’t have trio or Vita

I will but not this patch. I'll probably pull for her ranks in a patch with a spending event. Sadly hoyo did Teri dirty and her banner isn't included in celebration supplies next patch (she got the HoH treatment). Now i have a hard time thinking which supplies to spend crystals on except Kiana Dkey in 7.8.
