Yeah one thing I've always wondered is why were there 2 ocean dubs of the Tree of Might? The first one which everyone is familiar with is the edited for TV version. The second one has Japanese music, original Japanese intro, voiced by the ocean crew, but with a completely different script. Saw that version on videotape way back in the day.
people below saying urles is as strong as final form frieza; not even..you're all thinking that because of kaioken times 20 , but that takes a sh1t load of damage on Goku. Turles is around 140000 in power level while final form frieza is beyond that.. Turles keeps getting stronger only because he abuses zenkai boost with that the fruit. You can say Turles can mop Saiyan saga vegeta ozooru form, raditz, and nappa .. all together, but cant take down frieza.. It is even stated in by Akira [may he rest in peace].. That Turles is part of frieza force and went rogue on him. He was hoping to recruit Goku and get the saiyans together, then he himself use the fruit to get strong enough to take down frieza with his krusher korps squadron.
Didn't he finally reach 300k power level before goku beat him? I know he can't beat frieza but it's crazy to think there was someone out there (and a random sayian at that) who could challenge frieza other than goku. Lol imagine if all the saiyans post planet vegeta banded together 😅
I want this part to be more to keep the voicing of goku accurate to the realistic timeline, Funimation Dub Goku in my mind is at Buu Saga, when he is in his 40's.
