    Advice by Doc Willie Ong
    1. Enough rest needed. Sleep enough, about 6-8 hours every night.
    2. Eat healthy and nutritious food. Choose bananas, vegetables, fish and nuts. That has an anti-stress component.
    3. Think positively.
    4. Take a walk, and look at the beautiful scenery and greenery.
    5. Always Pray.

    Salamat doc laking tolong nio po kht my anxiety ako nalalabanankona dahil sabi niona na pag normal nmn lht ng medical mo wlakang sakit eh ako normal lht nakapunta nanga ako dito sa canada pero janparin yung nerviosko pero kayang kayakona labanan dahil sa kapapanood kopo sainyo ni doc liza slmt doc godbles u

    Tama doc. Willie. Pag depress or stress ako, pinapanood ko films ng 9 yeard old kung bata kasi lahat nagpapatawa.

    Hi doc aq c olive montes I'm working in Kuwait kasambahay.timing nA I'm so depress with regards to my work.your tips and advice so far helps me a lot in my work.. Right now my heart and mind is in trouble but Im doing the best I can to follow those tips and advice Thanku very much.. I've got a cat here with its true it help me my trouble.. Thnku

    Salamat sa payo, dito sa Taiwan inatake ako ng anxiety is bigla na lang ako kinapos ng hininga nagpamed ako normal naman ako sobra kc akomag isip sa dami ng work at sa pamilya sapinas.

    halos himatayin ako pag umaatake ang nerbyos.. traumatic din kac experience ko noon madalas akong pinapahiya n public.. khit anong positiv thought no effect na sakin..
    .
    do the thing we fear I did it pero minsan kahit alam na alam na Yung gagawin eh na mental blocked talaga hahaha
    Ginagawa ko nlng eh iniencourage ko mga studyante ko I'll make sure na dey r safe loved at importante sila.. bawal ang bully at normal lng na magkamali minsan.. d ko man natulugan self ko eh sinisigurado ko nman na d sila lalaking tulad Ng saakin hehe..
